I made a faith build because I'm stupid.
A raw creighton axe with lightning blade is my main weapon but I'd like a backup spear, what's the best spear to just infuse with lightning? Winged spear or partisan? Former seems to have higher base damage but the latter seems to get better faith scaling with that infusion.

Demon souls and King's Field are spiritual successors of dark souls (and to a further extent, bloodborne) and they have no general for people that wish to play them. They are made by fromsoftware, and have similar game styles, but again no general for them. So the philosophy is to put the successors of said games in the generals in case people wanted to go back and play them.

Bloodborne on the other hand has a general specifically made for it, it has different story line, but it does have similar game style. You COULD put it in the OP, but the entire point is that it HAS it's own general so there is no point. So unless we start putting every game into the OP that doesn't have it's own general than the entire point of adding Bloodborne is completely pointless and only exists because it is known that there is no point.
