that area is dead after level 26 or so being there is no content out side of re-running missions for near zero rewards gear drop wise. Leaving only the last mission that drops purples. Plus of course challenge mode but that's not dynamic content in anyway. It's set spawns and you try to game the system with the fastest run pattern/gear load out etc.

They also did not rotate the base of ops blue prints, there is no division tech in the base world and there is NOTHING to kill around you level.. at all. So really, the final PvE content so far is like 1/10th the size the even just DZ01. They should of reset the entire game world when you hit level 30, as they did the DZ but nope.

the power levels in game make for shitty PvP being it's not really based off your shooter skills. So that leaves only rule structure to keep everything kind of in balanced.

The draconian rule set before was way too harsh, the current -we all be niggers so gimme dat- might be too loose. Just have to wait to see how it plays out.

The items already have a high PC cost, and crafting costs, I'd be fine with them raising both of those if they removed the PvP req.

I'm obviously not forced to do anything, I'm not forced to get a single piece of gear at level 30, I'm not forced to level up to 30, I'm not forced to play the game.

But I play the game because it's fun, and the major draw in a game like this, just as in Diablo or PoE is to simply gear up. I want the best in slot gear, so I can continue doing the same content over and over to minmax my stats, that's fun content to me.

The current state of PvP isn't fun to me, and at the moment I have to do it if I want that gear. Imagine if you had to PvP for hours to get gear for PvE in an MMO like WoW, or if you had to do the raids over and over to get gear for PvP.

Sometimes the AI impresses me, and sometimes it is glitched. Bear in mine the different factions have different AI. Looters are supposed to be stupid and untrained. The Rikers are more aggressive and will rush you, and the LMB actually spread out and send their rushers behind you. Not to say the AI doesnt bug out and stand around for no reason sometimes, but they at least try.

You have an average HE level SMG in the Vector but it's cheap to re-re-re-roll until you get a decent one. Then you have some meh level named weapons and an AKs. We just don't have a lot of high accuracy and rate of fire HE AR out there in game for the most part. Like the M4 or the HE P416 I'm running spitting 960+ a min like a lazzzzar beam of mid range death.

I've melted rogues who think they are out of SMG range and wiggling around a bit too much to get sniped.

That's just an excuse, and a poor one. Locking half the PVE progression in a PVP area, then discouraging PVP, then Encouraging it, its like even Ubisoft doesn't know what the fuck they want the DZ to be.

Shit could have been so simple, make blueprints rotate between vendors.

People that don't want to PVP can wait a couple week for the one they want to pop up in BOO, people that want to PVP can pick from a number of safe-zone vendors.

But right now the game was sold under the premise that PVP is secondary to the DZ, then two weeks later made the PVP primary, and people that were purely in it for PVE are fucked over, and the people that were purely in it for PVP have no self-control, when people say they wanted the whole game to be a DZ, this is what would have happened. This is what it could have been, not being able to take two steps without some glass canon asshole sniping your 70k of HP away in one hit from a bush four miles away.

If its PVP, then its PVP, if its PVE, then its PVE, but make up your fucking mind, you want DZ to be mandatory and contain the only possible PVE progression? Fine, then disable rank down, and generate keys/funds rather than taking them from a person, For fuck's sake even in souls, where you can literally be invaded with no HP while surrounded by enemies by a person that's pefectly healed and stocked, you still don't lose your shit to them if you die, the souls they get are generated.

If you can, re-roll some of your gear to get more armor. Try and reach at least 45% mitigation since you are barely under 60k hp. Snipers will one-shot you in CM without a decent amount of armor.

And getting high mitigation is piss easy as well since it scales better the more armor you have. I have 1200 more armor and I'm sitting at 55%. Roll your vest before anything else for armor since it gives the most compared to other slots IIRC.

Do you have caddy? There are two talents to make bomb AOEs do a fuckton. You can get ~30k skill power and still have good dps and health. With Caddy you'll have very short cooldowns to spam bombs with.
