How do I get good at Age of Empires 2?
The new AI keeps shitting on me at medium difficulty.
Already tried fast castle, but somehow the AI gets there before me and I can't understand what I'm doing wrong

How do you get around having to use voicechat in this day and age? It used to be pretty easy but now it's expexted for even the most basic of mp games and I'm tired of being insulted and bullied about my voice because I sound like a girl.

Kenji Inafune is ground zero for how easily "gamers" are mislead. You know why we know about him and how he got this huge rep? Because he specifically attempted to go out there and promote himself. That's it. There's other producers just as important or more so than him at Capcom, but you never heard about them.
Inafune knew how to say the right things, self-promote, exaggerate his past accomplishments without outright lying, and ride on other people's hard work. He'd act as a producer for a series, then take all the credit if it's any good. If it failed, well, we never hear from that again.
Then he cashed out in the Mighty Number 9 kickstarter.

Its that time again, Wurm always retuns. We're hosting a dedicated server for /v/ and also open to pubs because it's funner to have someone to fight.
You can see information for the server on http://brohan.me , including map and download for our autoupdating client which will solve many issues regarding compatibility future wise.
Server is 3x experience 5x action rates, striking a balance between WO endless grind and the servers that make it last too little.
Server is modded, modlist's going to be posted up in website soon. We have our own custom pirate client to download, it simply werks.
There's 3 groups currently playing in the server and 4chan is now recruiting on Horde of the Summoned! You can join our groupchat at https://discord.gg/WyzRvY8 to know what to do and where to go

It's not made by Sega. They just let YSnet have the license. Sega essentially said "We think this is a money sink, but if it gets made, then good for everyone involved."
They know it's a game that's going to bomb financially. But they're at least good enough people to let it happen anyway.

I, unlike most video game buffs, loved the "Donkey Kong Country" cartoon. I even liked it better than the games it was based on. And why shouldn't have I? Well, for one thing, King K. Rool's villainous goals actually made sense in the cartoon. Yeah, just trying to steal what appears to be a worthless-looking coconut made of the world's hardest substance looks rather stupid at first, but in case you've forgotten, the guy was after a freakin' load of bananas in the first two games (four, if you count the "Land" semi-ports on the Game Boy). If all K. Rool wanted was a lunch of bananas, couldn't he have just gone to the supermarket? Or was there some sort of banana shortage on Crocodile Isle, causing all the Kremlings to suffer a potassium deficiency? If the latter theory is the answer, then wouldn't that make Donkey and Diddy seem like the real villains? (Maybe I should write a fanfic about that someday...) The Crystal Coconut, on the other hand, was a mystical bauble that could grant the wishes of whomever possessed it. "Think of the possibilities, Klump!", indeed.
