MN9 was garbage, Azure Striker Gunvolt is shovelware trash, and the Mega Man Zero games are the only ones they ever did worth talking about. Even then, they're not exactly God's gift to gaming or anything, since you could make a top 25 list of GBA games, and only one would be there near 20 ~ 25
I have absolutely zero expectations for Bloodstained, but the fact that Inti Creates isn't with the project anymore is a good thing, not a bad thing.
Stop trying to make it a bad thing.
You can't have it both ways where "MN9 is shit partly because they had a shit dev team!" and try to reverse it a few years later to "Bloodstained is shit partly because they fired the competent devs!"

I need your help for this one, my wife is bored and she wants to play a Tactical RPG to pass the time. Knowing that she already completed FFTacticts 1&2, Radiant historia, World Ends With You, Tactic Ogre, etc...
We got the emulators up an' running, we just need some hidden gems, /v/.

CK2 thread, I'll start.
I'm doing a Zunbil run right now, and I'm loving it. I'm going for the Empire of the Sun achievment. I almost always have to be Sunni and be a secret Zunist, (still haven't reformed the faith yet,) because the Abbasids will rape me otherwise. On my other side, I slowly have to chip away at Indian Kingdoms to get enough land to form a custom empire. It's great fun.

"I heard only good things about Splatoon 1 and so i was curious about Splatoon 2 as i actually own a Nintendo console with one of them now. But I was severely disappointed in my experience enough that i returned the game very shortly after.
Pros:
Visual design
less violence focused than other shooters
tries to focus on tactical thinking gameplay
respectable single player but still a multiplayer focused game
Cons:
performance issues (regular fps drops)
still favors who kills(splats) the most
gameplay is too much like modern Mario sunshine fluud controls
unintuitive weapon firing
motion controls
not friendly enough to newcomers who jump into multiplayer
overall i really was disappointed, i had hopes this would give me a satisfying shooter experience but instead i got something that felt stuck between FPS and a weird platformy art game. I loved the visual design and wanted to love the fact it gave a match win to territorial control, but the game ended up giving up the gameplay benefits mindless shooters and keeping the whoever kills the most in practice. i did not enjoy this game and it continued my disappointment in Nintendo releases for switch after Zelda. may not keep my switch now if Mario turns out this way."
