What does /tv/ think of Chloe Bennet?
flat and ugly
only attractive to virgins
i'd touch her pusy
>>84952613

>tfw ESPN2 is broadcasting these "Roman Gladiator" LARPer fighting shit at night
>tfw it's basically gay porn
>tfw it's bara shit

Do they hurt each other?
How in the ever loving FUCK did this get made?
>>84952330
I assume blackmail.
>>84952429
Less blackmail, more endless badgering.
>>84952330
Hollywood degenerates have no standards or sense of dignity, at least when they can rationalize it as a raunchy comedy or "work."
How does it feel to be alive during a time when there is a new Star Wars movie being released every year?
indifferent
It's like living under a genie's curse wish.
>you get a new Star Wars movie every year forever
BUT
>it's a shitty propaganda film with no substance
>>84952311
It would be great if they were actually good movies and not rehashes and more prequels
Could it ever work as a live action film? Or at the very least a television series?
It barely works as an anime.
can't make it any worse so in a way, yes
Probably not
The budget would be too high and the source material is too obscure
Can we talk about Neill Blomkamp's current projects? I'm a little irritated that he now has 3 current series that he's started and has no indication of any conclusion. This wouldn't be such a bad thing if each wasn't identical in tone and theme, but he's retread the same shit multiple times now without even finishing it.
Anyone else bothered by this? Let's just have a Blomkamp thread.
Also the musical theme for this thread is It Ain't Me

He'll finish them if he gets enough funding.
Blomkamp is a really great producer. He has a great eye for the things he works on, but he's the best example of the filmmaker who needs other directors/writers to rein him in.
>>84952114
>give them a taste
>sell the next episodes as DLC on steam
thats his model
he needs a DOP, color grader, and director though. asap.
production values of a student film. you can shoot better looking footage with a $1000 camera
>I had a father, his name was Ben Parker
There wasn't a single scene in Memecoming that comes even close to this. In fact, is there ANY Marvel MCU movie that has a moment like this? Maybe the Guardians of the Galaxy has one but nothing else comes to mind.
What went wrong?
>>84952110
Venom happened.
>>84952110
Peter stuck under the rubble crying out for help was pretty close IMO, it really struck home that he's still just a young kid who's scared to die at this stage.
But yeah nothing in Homecoming is as good as Spidey 1 and 2, still better than anything we've had since 2 though which is a good start.
>>84952335
This
If sony never tried to force Venom in Spider-Man 3 then the Raimi films will still be going strong
Hal > Military Francis > Ranch Francis > Lois > Alaska Francis > Old Dewey > Malcolm > Reese > Young Dewey
>Old Dewey > Young Dewey
WRONG
>tfw you watched these series like 7 times
Ida > everyone else
What would the blockbuster landscape be like if this flick failed?
All blockbusters are the same, anon. I don't know what you're talking about
They'd still be pushing fantasy and YA series.
>>84952083
but they still do
This is absolutely dire.
Did any of you like it?
I liked the Vietnam War vibe and it was cool to see the dudes from Straight Outta Compton.
>>84951510
>dire
>adjective
>(of a situation or event) extremely serious or urgent.
What did he mean by this?
>>84951535
The solider characters don't feel like soldiers though.
They feel more like wacky kids from a Goonies sequel, especially the guy with the bandana.
Remind me why normalfags like this show
Le Nerd Culture
It allows them to enjoy the most degenerate things in a socially acceptable manner
>>84951439
Dude you gotta see it it's fucking epic
What makes some confusing artsy crap get hailed as kino (End of Evangelion, 2001) and others dismissed as pseud shit made by a madman (Tree of Life, Twin Peaks: The Return)?
The agenda of the person watching it
>>84951354
the effectiveness of the atmosphere and not being cheesy garbage
2001: A Space Odyssey is an amazing film, while Tree Of Life is reddit garbage.
what the fuck happened to his face edition
Supposedly his editor Mark quit because Adam tried or succeeded in fucking his dog.
>>84951353
Too much calories in doggy dick.
>>84951353
>this guy gets thousands in petreon for doing literally nothing
What's some good kraut kino?
My upcoming inevitable biopic

Is that you Honecker?
Der Untergang, Er ist wieder da, Das Leben der anderen, Goodbye Lenin, 123 das war Berlin, Das Boot, Der Baader Meinhoff Komplex, Das Experiment, Stalingrad, Die Bruecke, Lola rennt, Bang Boom Bang are some good ones from the top of my head
Lynch's best, or his worst?
>>84951019

anything nicolas cage is the worst.
except raising arizona which is the coens' best.
I don't remember much from this movie.
