FWIW I wouldn't mind a thread just for bootlegs and chinese competitors, but pbbg is not that thread. It's basically mega bloks general at this point. The bootlegs appeal to people who like Lego's aesthetic but aren't brand loyalists, while MB has its own style.

Minifigs are nice.

The bow piece is a weak design that falls apart easily.

The bricks are mediocre. They fit ok, but the green and brown don't match lego well. Gudi and MGB make better bricks.

For me tho, this set cost less than one lego cmf, but instead it's two entertainingly racist minifigs and some bricks, some of which are ok.

What's the difference between Pick-a-brick and bricks and pieces? I get that the latter is probably meant more for a replacement part service, but it doesn't seem to be much of a difference, except that the selection is different.

Unrelated to that, I hope the leaked classic sets with specific colors have some good parts in them. Would be great for massing bricks in a specific color scheme easy. I already got an XXL box at a discount, but that was a wide variety of colors. Hopefully the blue box includes some variety of blue bricks.
