Hello /toy/ I'm going on a trip to the land of soy sauce and mothra!
My trip will be in the Hyōgo prefecture (Osaka, Kobe Kyoto) area. Google is rad but does anyone have some good toy/hobby shops or other things I should check out? I'm not spending any/much time in Tokyo or akihabara :'(

So I found this at The hot topic pre-release the other day, Im not much of a fan of SU or anything but I wonder if I could get anything from this? its An Amethyst Figure in a Pearl box, still factory sealed and all.

Any ideas on a big, imposing thing for a small group of figures to fight? Pic related is all I can come up with off the top of my head. Doesn't really need to be articulated, just imposing.

Was cleaning out my Great Grandparents garage this weekend I found this bad boy. It's unopened but the box suffered some damage on the way back home (thanks younger cousins).

Can someone assist me with some appraisal on this? My goal isn't to really sell it but I don't want to hold on to worthless junk either.

I got a whole box of these little star wars toys. It is a complete set (or very nearly).

It looks like a tackle-box sort of, with individual chambers for each figurine. They toys them selves are 3-5 cm tall, I would call them mini.

Anyone have any idea of the cost of the whole box? They are all in good condition, and there are doubles of some of the toys.

I got this Rocket Raccoon discounted ($15.83) at wal-mart. I don't like how the straps dont stay on but I like that he comes with a Hulk Hogan pointing hand. A true American hero.
