Recently one of my friends who lives a thousand miles away suggested we try it and it is all we have done for the last week. No, it literally just simulates a table and the things on it, and you move/flick/draw/whatever them. Though people can do some cool stuff with scripting, you don't need scripting to play a boardgame/tabletop game in real life and this just literally simulates that with some fancy features like being able to copy+paste or delete anything.

All of the stuff that would be 40k relevant is on the steam workshop. You download tables with stuff on them, put them into a bag and save it, and then load a map (or make one) and play on it. Most maps have charts for some rules on them, some now even have that entire quick reference sheet pdf in the OP in them.

Every or almost every faction (including smaller ones like inquisition, assassins, genestealer cult, DKoK, etc) has models from what I can tell. Though while there are models for every founding chapter of marines less played factions like Deldar and SoB are missing some models or variants of them (like no seraphim with inferno pistols for instance). However you can change the name on mouseover to say what equipment the model has, and write rules into the text under them that pops up after a moment. Some models can also be tinted a shade of color, in a poor man's attempt to emulate painting.

mate, nobody moves havocs ever. they sit in a high point in some ruins somewhere and shoot the whole game. you are wasting your points if you move, because you have to snapshot heavy weapons in that case. if you want mobility, you take a different unit.

It's an additional 3 EHP at T7 (the way math works out a vehicle's 'Toughness' is equivalent to its AV - 4) that can't grab cover as easily, gimps the squad's firepower BADLY, and has a chance to explode, potentially damaging and/or pinning the squad, if it gets hit with AP2 attacks, which it will, since it's a tank.

The only real reason to do it is if you want to just use the Rhino as mobile cover for another squad, in which case buy it for THAT squad instead.

Wait, is that not what they're doing? I always just assumed that was the case. Trying to get the software down for AI "eyes". First being able to read with the legacy captcha, then differentiate between things with the squares captcha, and now pick out stuff like signs from everything else with the "put a square around the sign".

I mean I'm given to conspiracy theories, but I didn't even think that was crazy, just normal.

Irrelevant, they're havocs. If they move they're doing it wrong.

They're fire support with 4 feet of range. They should never NEED to move from their 3+ ruins save. If you're doing a trying but keeping them safe/on an objective and shooting shit up every turn of the game with them, something has gone horribly wrong, or you're in the process of tabling your opponent and don't give a fuck.

What disciplines are you looking to grab with the Sorcerer? He's unlikely to get into melee, so the Orb is really only going to be kicking in for Witchfires. Unfortunately, there aren't very many good Witchfires, and most of the good ones bypass To Hit and/or To Wound entirely.
