The problem is that other cars will often follow that car. So, even if you let her hit you as you carefully vault upwards onto her hood or jump sideways, the 2nd or 3rd car might hit you because they didn't really see you as they are watching her rear brake lights and the other directions in the intersection instead.

If they rear end me I will go to court and get them to pay for my new car. In my country if you rear end somebody it's your fault period.
