Aiguille du midi in Chamonix, you can take a cable car to 3800m, high enough to experience altitude sickness. The views weren't great because of cloud cover so I stayed up there for most of the day to wait for a clearing between the layers.

At low speeds the water kinda beads up all over your faceshield making it harder to see. Once you get to like 40mph or above all you have to do is turn your head slightly to the side every once in a while and the water droplets all slide off due to the wind.

You need to be extra careful when turning (go slower and try to keep the bike a little more upright) and watch out for painted lines on the road as those can be really slippery when wet.

Usually 2-3 hours if I'm just going out for a ride. If I actually get out of the city/suburbs and into a rural area then I'll ride for 5-6 hours.

These houses are what we in the construction business call "stick-built". They have very cut-up and steep pitched roofs that you can't viably use real trusses in and a TON of wasted attic space. A wood-frame house that has a simpler floor plan can actually use real trusses to support the roof which makes the entire structure MUCH stronger. A lower-pitched roof like a 4:12 or 5:12 also doesn't pick up near as much wind and doesn't waste so much space/materials.

How does the entry level Victory stack up against other entry level bikes?

Being an immigrant the only thing I have is that it must be American made, and have a something of an aftermarket parts selction, not as big as the Sporsters but something to make it suit me better.

I am looking at the typical stuff, Sporters, Scouts, Victory 8-Ball, but so far nothing has caught my eye, the Harley 750 looks retarded so that is ruled out. The Sportster is leading the pack right now, given it's easy availablity of parts and cheapest price. But am still not settled, can you help me /o/, tip the scales some for or against, any American cruiser?
