Music to listen to on dextromethorphan?
Vaporwave
This is Marilyn Manson's best album. There is no debating this. Cool?
Yeah, if you like repetitive shite
At least the next two albums had some artistic effort put into them
>>71104370
>repetitive
Every song on Portrait has a completely different unique set of riffs and progression and atmosphere to it based on the background stuff that's thrown in. Not one song on this album under an 8/10.

His only good solo album is Watashi Dake, just listen to Fushitsusha instead
I have a stomach for avant garde art but this is making me really mad
>sing about how rock-and-roll will always be with us and it ain't never gonna die
>36 years later
>rock and roll is dead
Didn't ACDC just go on a tour or aren't they currently touring? Seems pretty alive to me.

rock in it's purest form died in the 80s
>tfw you never got to be in a shitty high school band
>Tfw you got kicked out of a shitty high school band between when they needed you for a recording session and the first show you were supposed to play with them.
>tfw youll never get to sit in a cousins basement and listen to black metal and smoke all night
>tfw unable to find people with a vision in this shithole of a city

Just took a tab of acid, about to listen to this for the first time. Throw some more albums my way
>inb4 reddit: the drug
honestly acid is best with albums you're already familiar with, but if you really just want psychedelic stuff, listen to Flying Lotus' "You're Dead!"

What did Dre mean by this?
Interesting fact, it was originally going to be Chronic 2000, but Suge Knight rushed out a compilation called Chronic 2000 to fuck with Dre since they were still on bad terms from Dre leaving Death Row. So Dre changes the title name to Chronic 2001.
It's double disc and interestingly enough one of the songs, OG to BG, was actually originally a Dre song. Some of the other songs might use some unused Dre beats too can't remember.

so what you're saying is you didn't even answer the question at all
How many people here actually play an instrument? If you do, what instrument do you play, how many years have you been playing for and what sort of qualifications do you have under your belt? Also, what percentage of /mu/ would you say actually play music to a fairly high standard?
>>71102709
Bassist.
I don't have any certifications but I'm confident when I start playing.
I've been playing since HS.
I can play one note at a time pretty well
Monophonic synths have ruined me....
keyboard. I have been playing for like 2 years I switched from bass (which I still kinda play but am not as good anymore)
I don't have any sort of credentials, I am not even sure if there is such a thing as a "certified musician" like there is a certified engineer or certified mechanic, but I have been told I am pretty good

I keep seeing this, what is it's significance.

Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people.
>In 2016, the band officially changed their name from "Andrew Jackson Jihad" to AJJ (a moniker that many of their fanbase had been using to refer to them for several years).
