post forgotten albums in artists discographies that are actually really good

I love every one of their albums up to The Final Cut - except Obscured By Clouds. What makes you like it so much? The Gold It's in the... is wonderful, and Wots...uh the Deal is my favorite acoustic song in general, but the rest of the album is just bad in my opinion. I'm genuinely curious why people say they like OBC.
>tfw noone else here really likes the new Gorillaz tracks and is looking forward to the whole album

30 minute analysis of Frownland by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band

This seems interesting. It's a shame he only reviews one song.
>>71838371
tbf he spent 30 minutes constructing the one song into a score
a full album review would be hours
>>71838572
Does he even do reviews? I just checked his previous videos and they're all in-depth analyses of 20th century classical music, not actual reviews.
Even Johnny Rotten said it

Perhaps one should watch the whole interview for Mr. Lydon's ironic insight into world events.

describe your guitar playing style /mu/
erratic at best
fast and agro, hardcore punk, grindcore, thrash, crossover, that kinda thing. Play a beat up Gibson sg from the 70's and a modded jcm800.
Shimmery. Play a jazzmaster through a roland jc 40
"No Blanche, she's upset because they keep changing the taste of coke."
AnCo revealing their patrician sitcom taste.
Frasier and Mary Tyler Moore Show samples will be on the next album.
Animal Collective used to be amazing and so unique until they dropped centipede hz it's just been down hill from there.
>>71837701
what did they mean by this?
Besides the lyrics and context is really that good?
No, because every songs sounds like he is making them up while recording.
No people are clearly over empathizing because no way in hell this is the 8th best album of the decade. If it was released by a bandcamp artist without its sad context no one would've given a fuck. Fucking humans.

"Real G's move in silence like lasagna"
is a really good line even though it seems stupid

I think that sums Lil Wayne up as a whole
Does it seriously bother anyone else that many of the most famous rockstars were pedos? Jimmy Page basically kidnapped a 14 year old girl and had sexual relations with her (pic related), Chuck Berry also kidnapped an underage girl, and there are many other stories like this as well. Surely they knew what they were doing was wrong, even if they were under the influence of drugs?
Considering how prevalent it is, it is inevitable that someone that happened to be a rockstar was one
I think the severity and enforcement of pedo laws was somewhat looser back then, so a lot of rockstars didn't care and just did whatever they wanted. Of course a few girls likely lied about their age, but still I would say most rockstars knew what they were doing unless highly inebriated. At least it wasn't actual children and just young teenagers. I'm sure an Ian Watkins like rockstar would receive no defense.
It was a different time, I guess.
