What is another example of some psychedelic ambient abstract experimental cloud rap hip-hop-shoegaze that isn't a cLOUDDEAD album?
>>73976562
Damn son where'd you find this???
>>73976562
Really can't get into this album. I fell for a lot of the hype you lot give it and fuck me it gets so tiring to listen to.
Thoughts and recommendations?

I see Yes play live in september, I am so excited
does anyone else find it impossible to actively find new music?
if i go into threads or into spotify looking for stuff i'm never going to be satisfied. there's so much choice; it feels like the perfect song might always be within reach
i only actually get into things if i stumble upon them randomly

It's very easy to find new music. There's at least one shareblog for just about every genre imaginable.

Why is pretty music all music called normie music?
Mostly music that is only cosmetically pleasing and doesn't want to make the listener uncomfortable in any way. Nothing wrong with that really but it's only a tiny portion of what music can do.

5'6" btw
The only good song in this entire album is The Mercy Seat.
Huge disappointment
Also the production is pure garbage
Tender Prey is good but not great.
The Mercy Seat needed more work. It's good there, but there are better versions of it, same with Deanna and New Morning.
Watching Alice sucks, so does Sugar Sugar Sugar.
Up Jumped the Devil, Mercy, City of Refuge, Sunday's Slave are decent songs, just not transcendent. And yeah the production isn't great, sad that it could have probably been their best '80s album if not for drugs/immaturity.

rawr XD
Up Jumped the Devil, Deanna, Watching Alice, City of Refuge, Slowly Goes The Night and Sunday's Slave are all great
Plus the acoustic version of Mercy Seat is way better
Is liking this album uncool?
Streetlight is kind of an asshole band like Phish but do you bro.
>>73976105
nah streetlight manifesto is rad. specifically this album and their remake of keasbey nights
seriously, their version of the keasbey nights album may be better than catch 22's, no joke
what is the Here's Your (You) of jungle?

Where do I start with Claude Debussy? I've only heard Clair de Lune so far but I really enjoy it. Where do I go from here?

Golliwogg's Cakewalk is a personal favourite of mine. If you like ragtime, it might be up your alley.

Was the Dad from Simple Song's music video a bad guy?
I mean, he nearly got his kids killed

If your kids don't nearly die a few times throughout their childhood, can it ever really be called a childhood?
