>I hear people saying we don't need this war.
>But, I say there's some things worth fighting for.
>What about our freedom and this piece of ground?
>We didn't get to keep 'em by backing down.
>They say we don't realize the mess we're getting in.
>Before you start your preaching, let me ask you this my friend: Have you forgotten how it felt that day?
>To see your homeland under fire, and her people blown away?
>Have you forgotten when those towers fell?
>We had neighbors still inside, going through a living hell.
>And you say we shouldn't worry 'bout bin Laden - have you forgotten?
>They took all the footage off my T.V. - said it's too disturbing for you and me.
>It'll just breed anger - that's what the experts say.
>If it was up to me, I'd show it every day!
>Some say this country's just out looking for a fight.
>Well, after 9/11, man I'd have to say that's right!
>Have you forgotten how it felt that day? To see your homeland under fire, and her people blown away?
>Have you forgotten when those towers fell?
>We had neighbors still inside, going through a living hell.
>And we vowed to get the ones behind bin Laden - have you forgotten?
>I've been there with the soldiers who've gone away to war - and you can bet that THEY remember just what they're fighting for.
>Have you forgotten all the people killed? Yeah, some went down like heroes in that Pennsylvania field.
>Have you forgotten about our Pentagon? All the loved ones that we lost, and those left to carry on?
>Don't you tell me not to worry about bin Laden - have you forgotten? Have you forgotten? Have you forgotten?
What's /mu/ thoughts on Korean rap?
https://youtu.be/DPC9erC5WqU
I currently have none, and would like to keep it that way.
Just like every Korean attempt at emulating Western culture, an embarrassing joke.
"Ok guys, time to remaster this beatles album. How should we do it?"
"Just put half of the instruments through one headphone and the other half through the other."
Why did they do this?
probably because Abbey road was mastered that way
Most people didn't listen with headphones in the 60s
Because Abbey Road is a hack studio for hacks
Come chill out and share some spicy tunes !

so does anyone know the current status of mutracker? after what got shut down i remember there was talk of getting it up and going again
dear /mu/...
i'm going through a strange period regarding my emotional state and i have struggled to find music that i can relate these feelings to. ive graduated school, and have started a business and have plans to move to the other side of the country within a few months. im slowly realizing im going to have to leave my friends and girlfriend behind, and its tough. and its strange because they are distancing themselves from me since they understand i will be gone eventually. its awkward, and i want to find music to cope with it.
i've found comfort in frank ocean, the strokes, and the new tyler songs. im looking for stuff that feels lonely. i want something that reflects my feelings of excitement for the independence of being my own man, while also dealing with the stress of falling out of relationships with the only people who i truly care about.
i apologize if this post is too overbearing or annoying, but if you actually believe that just don't reply. thanks in advance.
boohoo you fucking whiny bitch

Shut up man, at least op has a life unlike us
Hey /mu/, I'm on vacation at my grandmas house, and I've been using a record player I've found just to try it out. I can definitely bring it home and connect it to new speakers, but recently I moved the speakers and neither of them work, and I can't figure out why. Granted, the speakers are pretty old. Here's a picture of the back of the speakers, will post more pictures
>>73973747
Oops, wrong picture, that's the cord from the speaker going into the receiver. Here's the back of the speaker
>>73973747
Are the speakers blown out? This configuration looks correct.
>>73974220
I don't think so. How would I be able to check? Basically what happened was I moved the speakers a bit while music was still playing, and a loud noise started coming out of it so I turned it off until I was done with what I had to do, and when I turned it back on no noise was coming out.
>it's a /mu/ spams one album episode again

I want to get into Tom Waits stuff but he has a big discography. I know Rain Dogs is a must listen, but what else is there? I don't want to waste my time on the duds. I want to go head on with his best stuff first.
