>Depressing and desperate noise rock/post-punk with raspy vocals about losing the girl he loved

How funny/disturbing would it be if Anthony Fantano was dressed up as Cal, but talked and acted exactly like he does regularly, like in his music reviews?
I know you are thinking "yeah whatever" but I mean like a whole entire album review with him acting totally normal dressed up as Cal. Watch a Fantano review, and then just in the middle of it, just imagine him dressed up as Cal Chuchesta and still talking absolutely normal...
shit thread
post doggos instead
Yeah. I can see it.
Yeah. Okay.

ITT: Severely underrated albums
How come Dylan never recorded this song? I mean obviously there's many instances of him just writing songs and publishing them and then never touching or recording them, but this one stands out particularity, it's really good. Too personal?

All of that digital music you've bought over the years...you know that you don't actually own it, right? And as for streaming...remember Rdio?

>Need opinion from POD HD fags
Anyone here have the Metal HD pack? Need thoughts on it especially for the 5150. I'm hesitant to drop $50 and was wondering if it was worth your money for the sim. I don't care about the cab pack since I run my POD through a 2x12 with a power amp. Also for metal tone currently using a Mesa Recto high gain.

maybe buy some proper pedals lmao
>thinks listening to 1 album many times in a row is the correct way to get it to "click"
If an album doesn't click the first time you're supposed to shelf it for a month or two and come back to it after listening to a bunch of different unfamiliar material
Only way to truly tell whether your taste is evolving and you're not just brainwashing yourself into liking something by hearing it too much
>>74294173
I think a month or two may be a little long, but generally I agree
>>74294173
i sort of agree. i think once your taste develops, it is going to be whatever it is. the only way to change your taste would be to stop listening to what you like for a while.
For some types of music, like breackcore and black metal, I think you really need to immerse yourself in it in order to understand it. Putting a month between listens might keep you from ever being able to like stuff that is unrelated to what is musically "normal" to you.
thoughts on this guy?
