Just think how easy it would be to kill Kanye West.
I could easily sneak a gun or just any small device capable of killing somebody into a festival or gig, I would obviously show up early to secure a good position in the crowd.
I would wait for the prime moment, and then as easy as that, I would be the man that killed Kanye West.
I would probably be murdered by all the fuckwit Yeezy fans before the security could even get their hands on me.
A suicide mission, maybe.
You think I could pull it off /mu/?
Would it be worth killing Kanye West?
>>48491743
dont kill yeezus, kill MC Ride.

I come from a very religious background and I find it very offensive that this ridiculous fucking nigger proclaims to his millions of drone moronic fans that he is in fact GOD! No you stupid nigger you will never be anything more than a nigger from Chicago trying to come across as deep or arsty.
Godspeed to you OP.
The world would be rid of a parsite.

So, why hasn't he blown up, even after the rise and fall of Deaf Grapes (essentially watered down B L A C K I E + "omg live drums")? He's better and way more consistent, actually tends to flow with the beat instead of shouting liek a homeless man (not to discredit Ride; this just seems more accessible), etc.. Is it because a video of a not-so-great day at SXSW went slightly viral before his music did?
Why does B L A C K I E toil away in obscurity?
He's definitely not as accessible. Would disagree that his flow is more consistent because it so is not.
>>48490246
but he's so much more consistent in his quality
and he's not nearly as edgy.
Is it just because DG made use of publicists and stupid PR stunts?
>>48490452
DG's later exposure may have been in-part due to their crazy antics, but it's certainly not the only reason. They were getting a lot of buzz way before there was the whole Epic / NLDW controversy.
I'll disagree again and say that B L A C K I E is MUCH edgier, his style is more abrasive and all over the place to me.
Anyone catch the new Guerilla Toss EP?

There's almost no point of me asking this but whatever.
Found this mixtape (DJ Mondie - Straight Up Vol. 1 Hosted by Shizzle) on soulseek but it's missing tracks 2 and 4, any chance anyone has got them? Shit's so rare not even RYM has got a track list for it.

Trying to have a quicker output, hoping to improve so feedback is appreciated, so are likes and even listens. Will try and return all feedback/listens.
I like the way you said "(for me anyway)". It's annoying seeing people here say their music is experimental when it really isn't

Baroque Edition. Discuss all those great baroque composers, from Sweelinck, Monteverdi and Schütz, to Telemann, Rameau and Händel, with all the Bach, Buxtehude, Scarlatti, Biber and Corelli in between!

No Anon. You mean /classical/. Not /artmusic/.
I haven't been listening to Baroque composers for a while. How about you guys pick the Baroque composer I listen to?
>>48455549
Lets start with some beautiful Corelli

Favorite Purcell pieces everyone?
>>48455600
I mean both. Add in 'art music' to keep the autists happy.
I think you should listen to... Scarlatti. mostly because I know fuck all about him and would be interested to see what you come back with
I love Prog music, wanting to get into some more bands like these guys, which are my top 3 bands.
I'm not a fan of Opeth because I dislike screaming lyrics personally.
Not all of Opeth has harsh vocals. Go and check out Damnation by Opeth, no screamed lyrics at all and they're very similar to those 3 bands, PT particularly.
Oh and I would also recommend Anathema, Weather Systems is a beautiful album as is A Natural Disaster.
