Just wanted to drop by and say that I was considering rebooting my own vampire CYOA at one point.

I had a plot planned out but along the way I got sidetracked, fucked up the pacing too among other things
Not to mention I was kind of unhappy with Misty Morning's character among other things.

If anyone would like to see my CYOA start over please let me know, I can't give a date but just know I'd be willing to try again at a later date.

Those who live in the entire rest of the country won't matter as much. Why would candidates bother campaigning in rural America when population centers are so much more important? The largest city in the nation contains around 2% while the 10th contains less that 1%. Even if politicians focus only on population centers in a nation without an electoral college, they'd need to go to at least 50 cities and that isn't even taking into account the activities of their rival(s), whether the place is biased towards one side, or whether they're comfortable with winning by a small margin. Also, doesn't it make sense for the person who leads the nation to be selected by the majority of the people that follow them? Even if that majority doesn't include EVERY demographic? Lastly, currently, it is possible for the popular vote to go heavily in one direction while the college vote does the exact opposite.

The principle of it is simple; Every state that is part of the NPIV gives its electoral college votes to the winner of the popular vote. Once the NPIV has enough states to have 270 electoral votes, then the winner of the popular vote will always win the presidency by virtue of the NPIV, the non-NPIV states don't matter at that point.
