Its not that they gave up. Its that they were neutralized.

We've been saying for years that /m/s small community size and slow post rate made us prey for low effort trolls, because its takes not much to shit up the place when your threads can last weeks and you can hijack a thread by yourself with ease.

/mo/ proved it. More people, faster threads. Our resident trolls couldnt make a dent in it, just like in a healthy board.
