I'm a boy, young and twinkish, 19 years old and I'm quite depressed over how my face and body is. Would it be possible for me to take hormones but still be and identify as male? Hopefully not grow breasts either?

Please disregard any previous advice I have given on SERMs and SARMs. It turns out that things are much more complications than I have previous thought. Combining a SARM with an AA may or may not work. For SERMs, there are apparently many more factors than just the alpha and beta isorforms of the estrogen nuclear receptor that cause tissue selectivity to be much more complicated. Its tissue selectivity might not fully follow the receptor isoform distribution. All I know is that it is antiestrogenic in the breasts, proestrogenic in the bones, and neuroprotective in the brain. I can somewhat understand these complexities at this point, and I will give a more detailed explanation tomorrow. But I am currently in no position to attempt to predict tissue selectivity from the basic preclinical data. I might have a better understanding after I finish taking cell biology and genetic, organic chemistry, and inorganic chemistry this semester, maybe. But until then I cannot predict this. Also, enobosarm apparently might increases the size of the prostate, indicating it could cause prostate cancer.

If you must be estradiol with a SERM, note that you way develop breasts or not help at all. Cognitive dysfunction may or may not happen, if it does, please see an actual psychiatrist or neurologist immediately. That is for the SERMs, of course. Please avoid SARMs until further notice unless you really have to. Please use a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor if you must use a SARM to avoid the risk of prostate cancer. That is dealing another another mechanism of agonizing androgen receptors though, not this one directly, so I do not know if it will if it will fully counter the effects. I will analyze again at the end of the semester.

Bicalutamide acts directly as an androgen antagonist and essentially only as an androgen antagonist. Side effects should be the lowest for bicalutamide.
