If you dont have insurance you can apply for state insurance. Most states will cover hrt and other trans related things. Go see a physician and ask him whats up with it. Pretty simple

Does anybody else here that is a transexual consider themselves only that, a transexual? I don't have any delusions that I'm a woman and I know the technology to make me one just doesn't exist. Realism is important. I'm a guy whose undergone hormone therapy (and maybe some other stuff later on) to look like a female, but I know that I'm not.
Not AGP either, at least not enough for it to have been my motivation. I've always wanted to be a girl sine I was very young, some of my earliest memories involve being sad that I was a boy. It was a little depressing to realize I couldn't be a real girl but after accepting what I could be, things started feeling okay.
Any other mtfs feel similarly? What about ftms? Frankly at this point I'm considering continuing my transition but skipping all the legal stuff like name changes and gender markers, it'd just be lying to others.
