It won't be AHD or HDB for no reason other than how closed they both are. They aren't gonna suddenly change any of their policies if PTP closes its doors. TehC will immediately become very popular, there's no question of that, the only question is if someone moves quickly with a direct replacement for PTP and it catches on. Whatever happens TehC would benefit a lot from PTP dying, everything else is pretty much an unknown at this time though.
