Utility knife thread
Looking to buy a new knife for work, but can't find any with a safety guard, which i need because its useful for cutting tape on boxes i dont want to risk cutting too deeply. Does /g/ have any recommendations? Also work knife general. Only post daily use working knives, no flashy edgelord stuff
This one has a back bit for cutting saram, which is pretty handy. Honestly the knife i have does everything i need, but i hate the color, and don't mind shelling out some money for a nice looking one since ill be using it every day. Sheathe recommendations also welcomed

i used one of these while working at a military commissary and i wasn't a big fan. the depth setting was a well intentioned design but in the end i just found it awkward to deal with. trying to turn that little knob with thick gloves on required some dexterity.
Shill your shit on >>>/diy/.
my work has a vending machine full of utility knives and replacement blades
i just punch in a code and it spits them out
why do you have to supply your own

I used to work at a supermarket, and this was the knife they gave us for opening packages and other shit.
They were pretty nice.
Mine's a bit grubby. I haven't really had any reason to use it since I worked there.

I don't see how this thread is any different than half the threads ob this board. Its technology I want to upgrade, and its for work not diy projects

Beat me to it. OP could probably find one just laying around on a shelf.
