It's already been pointed out, but AB isn't really necessary to follow those steps. The real hitches are 6 (PTP isn't gonna lose 5K+ members anytime soon, so the real question is if they ever raise the user limit) and 9 (according to another anon, HDB isn't recruiting from PTP TM ... and even if they were, it's a pretty ridiculous step since it requires getting 500 checked uploads).
