but I think the reason vinyl rips are 24 bit is so you can do post processing according to your preferences since its after all an analog rip and the hardware used will change the sound. In the end I only download 24 bits if it was only released on vinyl or for same for exclusive bonus tracks.

I finally got on Apollo today! I was so happy after I passed their really extensive interview but then my friend told me there is this other music tracker called PassTheEarphones or something.

So I went to sign up and it turned out there was no sign up page! I went on the IRC and I explained the situation, that I am a VIP on IPTorrents and I was a Waffles.fm Power User! They wouldn't let me in!!!!

I am fucking raging right now. How could they do this to us? Since Waffles.fm went down I thought we were going to have like three or four proper replacements. This is ridiculous. Well I'm going to go upload my collection to Apollo now -- if I can't get into PassTheTelephones, I'm going to make damn sure Apollo is the best!

whatbox's HDD plans @ 22 are an ok deal for 1.8TB of HDD w/ 4.5TB up, with good peering to NA (CA based), meaning you'd hit a lot of end-users quickly. peering to other seedboxes is bad though and they peak out @ 30-40MB/s throughput

chmura @ 21eur has great throughput, but hard to find stock for

in the end, it depends on whether you care more about bandwidth, hdd space, or just network throughput

24/96 allows you to do click correction and processing so that you can master the final track to a reasonable 16/44 FLAC and then transcode V0 to for your iPhone to listen to on your airPods :^)

Also I realized that while I have a 24-bit sound-card I don't think I have 24/96 capable speakers anyway.

Generally speaking you can just DL whatever you want, just make sure it is 1080p. If you constantly seed around 100GB you will always get enough upload and BP to get whatever non-freeleech stuff you might want. And after around 1-2 months you can just stop caring about buffer because its not an issue anymore.
