what.cd recently added a feature to gazelle that takes disabled users to a page where they can request to be reenabled, and staff just have to click a button to accept their request, but other trackers don't seem to have merged the feature

Backups are easy to come by, get PU at WCD and you can get into MTV and Freshon. Work towards getting into HDB as that's the only true backup. IF BTN does completely die then most likely there will be a new tracker created in its place and accounts offered to former BTN members so I wouldn't worry much about that.
