What are the different bitrates of mp3? On the prep page it only talks about CBR ABR and VBR, but not about the exact bit rates the different mp3 encodes have. Only v0 and v2 are given as examples.

That's all you need to know. V0 has a target of ~245kbps and V2 of ~190 kbps. You can forget about V3 and later because they're not allowed on WCD.

So when they bring up the interview question about ordering bitrates you can replace V0 with 245 and V2 with 190 so it's easier to order.
