>Bendis was once a Maoist who championed the murderous ideology of Mao Zedong and the Khmer Rouge. We condemn Sim and Moore of their political sins, but Sim tried to prove he was not a hater after "Cerebus". And Moore insisted he loathed misogyny but had simply done as told. Maybe they were full of shit but at least they tried to publicly distance themselves from extreme politics.
>Not Bendis who espoused the most extreme, murderous, and destructive form of leftism. Comic bloggers, so outraged about long retired Sim and long irrelevant Moore, never demanded of Bendis to face up to his past sins. Unlike Ditko and Miller who candidly confessed their approval of, respectively, objectivism and fascism, Bendis has never ever apologized in general, or in specific to the countless victims of the tyrants he supported with all his heart.
>Bendis celebrated and championed Mao's total destruction of culture and intellectual life and the Khmer Rouge that transformed Cambodia overnight into a genocidal stone age Marxist state.
Fuck that piece of shit.
Starting from home so bumps would be SUPER appreciated. Need to get some serious statistics grading
>>90063324
Predictable.
>>90063324
But I do appreciate the bump though, so thanks buddy.
>>90063340
I won't rest until everyone knows of his crimes.

"Admirable, but mistaken."
-A Big Guy
So apparently Powers is like 3 or so issues away from hitting the 100 milestone? That's pretty impresive, I wonder if Bendis will revert to the original numbering for that occasion.
Doing great work, mein duder
How many of these we got left? We're well past the point that I fell off
What are you planning to do after this anyway?
I'm currently grading statistics homework and I wanna blow my brains out.
>>90063806
I wish he did. I'm getting tired of renumbering to a new volume after 12 or so issues.
>>90063837
Issue 30 is the final for volume 2. Then we got volume 3 and then powers The Bureau and then I think another volume after that. Volumes 1 and 2 though were the longest.
>>90064181
This ain't your blog, fucko.
>>90064218
>I wish he did. I'm getting tired of renumbering to a new volume after 12 or so issues.
Agreed. Besides, isn't it much more impressive-looking a #100 to show how long you've been around? Astro City is hitting that very same milestone later this year and while it's been renumbered a few times Busiek still decided to wear that badge proudly and put a big "100" in both covers.
If you don't want to scare away new readers then just put a big fat #1 whenever a new arc starts.

>If you don't want to scare away new readers then just put a big fat #1 whenever a new arc starts.
That sentence makes me sad
>>90064604
It's just the reality of things, old chum.
Granted, what I just said didn't work so well for Spawn and Savage Dragon, but it's not like Powers was ever selling like gangbusters anyway so I don't see the point of relaunching over and over again.
"The Lance" in the TV show is just as big of a piece of shit as the one here.
Always knew Deena was a sociopath
I love the Simons. They were great in the TV show.
Triphammer was always a bro in the show.

I am not watching your crappy show, Bendis.
Never seen Harley this unhinged.
I fucking hate that I find Retro Girl so attractive but she just ticks off all my fucking boxes.

No such thing in an Oeming comic.
=(

Most people hate the show. I found it fascinating and one of the most distinct cape shows currently out there. Regardless of what other anons say, I consider it quite creative and inventive with what they manage to pull off.
Season 1 is a predominately new story that incorporates CHristian, Johnny Royale, and Wolfe in a plot that heavily hinges on WOlfe's powers. ANd speaking on Wolfe I've never seen any show come close to replicating the amount of carnage that Wolfe generates on screen. He's a superhuman cannibal that has the ability to straight up rip a man to shreds and deovur them in a geyser of blood and gore. And with each person he consumes he becomes stronger, faster, and his regenrative abilities just accelrate that much more. The plot with Callista kinda sucks but the final scene in the season lays the foundation for what's to come.
The first six episodes of Season 2 are an adaptation of Retrogirl's murder and the remaining four are an adaptation of Sellouts. Michael Madsen plays Supershock and brings a level of bravado and insanity to the role that few other actors could have pulled off convincingly. Also I consider the TV show version of Sellouts to be superior to the comic version if only because I felt had a much more personal feel to it.

I am NOT watching your crappy show, Bendis. Give it up.
One of my friends hates "eye things". I should send her a picture.

I think you're on the verge or to taking a look just so you can complain about it and say it's garbage. Hell, I'd like to hear your thoughts on why it's terrible!

GOD DAMMIT DEENA!!!!
Oh no.
No. No. No. No. No.
=(
>>90065833
The trailers looked like shit. FX dropped it. It's based on a Bendis comic.
I don't need any other excuses.
Nice page
Go the fuck to sleep.
Knew Triphammer was a bro
>Fuck on off.
Walker, always being the voice of reason.
>>90066798
you done for the night op?
>>90066772
>>90066784
What a god-damn cunt.
>>90067140
sorry for the delay. Working on a lecture and got sidetracked.
>>90067744
damn, she stacked for a shorty.
This is an appropriate ending.
And this is going to be my final issue for the night. We're going to start the next thread with the debut issue of the third series!
>>90067801
This is still ongoing, right? Same characters?
>>90067819
Last issue came out October 2016 so it's up in the air
>>90067889
Did the issue resolve the story, or is the whole thing in limbo?
>>90067918
The issue ends with "To be Continued" but the story was definitely a complete adventure (or at least I think). Not the most fulfilling place to stop but I guess it could have been worse.
>>90068153
Huh.
Well, I hope I won't be disappointed when we get there. I hate things that just tail off.
I really like this interview.
AND THAT'S IT! I hope everyone enjoyed. At the rate we're going we will finish Powers by the end of this week, which means I can put it off no longer. I'm going to post Slott's Spider Epic
AMazing Spider-Man
>>90068723
I'm more excited for slotts Spider-Man than any more of thus
