Although I like comics and I've read a couple non-cape and a few random cape runs throughout the years, I can hardly say I'm knowledgeable about the medium. I recently decided to read the Daredevil runs by Frank Miller and thought they were fantastic. That said, I got some probably stupid and long-winded questions:

- Those runs were my first contact with Miller, and I think they were really well written (although I think I like his first run more than the second one). How's the rest of his work? I doubt it's all consistently of such high-quality, but what are some other notable stories by him?

- I think these were the first staple/"essential" stories I've read of a character. Usually I try (and fail) to read from the beginning, something that is usually seen as dumb when it comes to capes. That said, what are some other essential and generally well-regarded runs of other heroes? Marvel, DC, Valiant; I'm okay with anything as long as it's good.

- Any other notable Daredevil runs? I considered continuing from where Born Again ends since I really like the character, but I was wary of a sudden quality drop. I don't really like how capes juggle around writers.

Am I the only one who noticed that The Speed Force as a concept went to complete shit as soon as Barry took over as The Flash?
>In Wally's run it was something that was built up to for years
>In Barry's New 52 run it is just there nearly day one and every part of it explained
>It took Wally fucking years to even get to barely notice what the fuck it was and only could be tapped by the most powerful speedster in amazing times of crisis
>Now every speedster can pretty much use it any time they want
>Going into the speedforce meant almost certain death for anyone who actually went inside
>Now "Hey guise i'm just going to take a quick trip into the speedforce brb"
>It's an ultimate cosmic force that can bend the fabric of reality and has always existed
>B-But this mad scientist guy totally made another one in his lab somehow
>Also the original existed because Barry got hit by lighting and only exists because he runs or some shit
