Now that Civil War is getting closer this is really starting to hit me. Loss takes a while to really get to me, you know it's not till you move forward that you feel the emptiness.
I just hate this all so much. I don't want to see some half assed revival or I dont know. Im just mad at Wheddon and JJ and all these hack ass writers who need to kill a character in the 3rd act to make their story better. I mean the story is betrayed in AoU. Ultron has a chance to kill BW, instead he kidnaps her for the sake of the franchise? Wheddon wouldn't kill a woman cause he thinks only men are meant to die. I just, I don't get what these writers think. Im so frusrtrated with stories these days doing this whole revenge is the reason the villain has to die. Contempt is such an ugly emotion that distracts from stories and not adds to them.
I dont know... Im sad.... :(

Scott is pretty broken, but he doesn't yet know how to push the suit to its fully limit of hilariously-broken-ness. Although I'd imagine the time between the end of the Ant-Man movie and the start of Civil War has been spent with him and Pym further overlocking the suit. I hope they do something cool with it in the movie, even though he's not a huge part of the story.

Why is it that in Marvel comics? The costumed characters, generally have their real identity known to the public.
While in DC the costumed characters have their true identity unknown to the pubic.

It's because in Marvel if their villains find out who they are, the heroes murder them.
In DC the heroes will not do this.

Because Marvels characters are pretty one dimensional characters that cant develop past their gimmick (muh responsibility, muh dual-identity, muh racism), so it becomes kinda redundant to have a secret identity. While DCs heros are more like archetypes, so you can project much more variety on their civil indentities.
Bruce Wayne is a different character than Batman.
Tony Stark and Iron-Man are pretty much the same character.
