REMEMBER ME!?
>>83747676
Yes, I masturbated to you
>>83747735
Me too.
Of course, I didn't really know what masturbation was at that point, so it was all clumsy and awkward (moreso than usual)
I watched this with my dad, because he knew I loved capeshit.
It ranks pretty highly in terms of awkward experiences.
X-Men Apocalypse thread No more superpowers Edition
So now that the dust has settled, what will happen now that X-Men Apocalypse has been panned by everyone? I mean, it has a lower rotten tomatoes score than X-Men The Last Stand, Man of Steel, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. But Deadpool was a huge success!
What should Fox do with the X-Men franchise?
Should Fox get someone new to take over the franchise? Like Tim Miller or Vince Vaughn? Or maybe bring Michael Bay?
Should they just reboot the franchise and start over?
Should they have Deadpool lead the X-Mm instead of Hugh Jackman and JLaw?
Should they make a deal with Marvel and have them appear in the MCU like Sony did?
It didn't even stay first on it's second week at the box office. That's just sad
>Should they just reboot the franchise and start over?
Please no. I'd like to get out of all the characters being perpetually stuck in their origin/most famous stories.
>>83747626
Keep pushing forward with Deadpool 2, New Mutants, Wolverine 3, and Gambit.
Are there any comic books not based on superheroes?
No, never. Such a thing is physically impossible. Don't even bother searching for it.
>>83747429
They're just called books
>>83747429
most comics are not about superheroes
Think of a character you consider to be a generally decent person. They don't have to be exemplary, or they could, whatever you want.
Got it?What's the worst thing they've done?
>>83747410
Aunt May almost married a supervillain that one time
>>83747410
Optimus Prime annexed earth.
>>83747410
Mabe almost caused the apocalypse
that little laugh he did in young Justice was awful
in fact this show is super cringey
>>83747193
Young Justice did have a lot of cringy bits, most thanks to shipping drama, but I'm surprised how much of a DeviantArt OC Superboy was, with his flying space motorcycle and his genetically altered giant white wolf, gets a pass.
>>83747239
i figured the sphere was there for the toys
>>83747239
>most thanks to shipping drama
>DeviantArt OC
Are you confusing this show with GL:TAS?
Is the Archie Sonic series worth reading?
It certainly is!
>>83747040
I've had a lot of fun reading the comics... Doing what everyone says and skipping from 100-150 isn't a bad idea (the writing and art take a divebomb in quality), but for the most part, if you're a casual/moderate fan of the games, you're going to enjoy them.
It starts off very comedic at first (think of a Sunday comic strip), but by issue ~25, it begins to become more and more serialized, and it becomes a joy to read.
No. It's just a Furry Soap Opera with elements from the games.
How?
Now?
Brown?
Cow?
>Failing to protect her smile

Give me one good reason why I should buy her book other than "IF YOU DON'T THEN YOU'RE KILLING A REAL GIRL!"
>>83747132
I actually wanted to see if they will kill her
Because of that I pirate her comics.
I hope she dies like a dog.
Superman within.

What's your pull list for tomorrow?
My week is looking pretty good:
>Neil Gaiman's How To Talk To Girls At Parties HC,
>Dark Knight Returns The Last Crusade #1 (One Shot)
>Tales From The Darkside #1
>I Hate Fairyland #6
>Deadpool #14
>>83746515
>tomorrow
>>83746515
Is that HC an adaptation of his short story, or inspired by?
Anyway, I get Green Arrow #1 and Batman #1. Don't pull indie, cause I still have way too much catching up to do on that front.
>>83746515
>How To Talk To Girls At Parties
Does it come with actual instructions or what?
SPIDER-MAN HOMECOMING (2017) cast
>Confirmed
- Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man
- Marisa Tomei as May Parker
- Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man
- Zendaya Coleman as "Michelle"
- Michael Keaton as the villain of the movie
>Unconfirmed
- Michael Barbieri in an unspecified role
- Tony Revolori as "Manuel"
- Laura Harrier in an unspecified role
- Kenneth Choi as the principal of Midtown High School
>Disconfirmed
- Liza Soberano as Mary Jane Watson
>Rumors
- There will be two villains. The first is Adrian Toomes/the Vulture while the second tends to vary (Norman Osborn or Phineas Mason/the Tinkerer) according to various sources.
- Michael Keaton was in negotiations back in March but supposedly dropped out due to Keaton not wanting to commit to a multi-picture contract. It has since been reported that Keaton is in final negotiations for the film's villain. Keaton is rumored to play either the Vulture or Norman Osborn.
- Harrier is rumored to play Liz Allen, the film's main love interest.
- Barbieri is rumored to play a character that is inspired by Ganke Lee.
- Zendaya's character "Michelle" is actually Michele Gonzales.
>>83746503
At the same time I want something different, I don't want to pass up on the chance of getting Keaton playing Norman.
>>83746503
Am I in it, yet?
>>83746503
>It has since been reported that Keaton is in final negotiations for the film's villain. Keaton is rumored to play either the Vulture or Norman Osborn.
I think Vulture would make more sense. He's supposed to be old, right? That and I think Norman aught to be significantly younger than Keaton.
A patron enters a bustling bar. "Hey, that guy looks like Sammy!" the customers murmur. The patron looks annoyed. A drunken man stumbles to the new arrival, "Hey. You know who you remind me of?" he slurs. "If you say that fat guy who draws internet cartoons, I really don't like to be compared to him." Sammy downs his drinks in silence until he has to return to the orangutan enclosure.
>>83746241
Poor Sammy
>>83746241
Where's Ronnie?
Orangutans seem like they would be chill
Why haven't you met Constantine yet?
>>83746172
I don't want to die
because he's a fiction character
Because I may hate myself, but I don't hate myself THAT much.
Constantine is the one person I'd fucking avoid like the plague, because I'm pretty sure he's one of those things God forgot to punish Egypt with so he just threw the asshole out in this century.
I saw the ultimate edition and really liked it. I loved MoS, and liked (didn't love) BvS because I thought it was a little choppy. The ultimate edition really smoothed things out for me and I'm on the love side now.
I think if you liked the movie or you were on the fence about it due to technical aspects or bits of issues due to the story, I think you'll get more of an appreciation of the movie since the added material really smooths things out. If you're just not into the movie, then you're just not into it. Movies, like any form of art, are subjective and people are going to like certain things and not like certain things.
Anyway, someone did the job of listing out the scene updates/changes for the ultimate edition in the link below. I'll post the details in the following posts.
http://dicapriyos.tumblr.com/post/145858657724/batman-v-superman
>Bruce saves more than one kid at the Black Zero event. He’s the BatDad we deserve.
>More violence shown in the village. More dialogue from the African man Lois was interviewing.
>The KGBeast burns the bodies of the men he shot to frame Superman for the killing. An actress hired by Lex confirms that Superman was the one who did it.
>Jimmy Olsen say “I’m Jimmy Olsen”. Him and Lois’ first exchange is funny.
>The CIA attempts to bomb the village with Lois still held captive. Clark intervenes.
>Insignificant: When Clark first starts his investigation in Gotham, there’s male couple kissing in the background on the ferry.
>Clark goes investigating in Gotham, he’s supposed to be there to write his article on the football game, but instead goes to interview the actress Lex hired. She’s not there, but his investigation in The Batman begins here.
>We see 2 different opinions on Batman. A woman claims the only reason to be frightened of Batman is if you have a reason to be. A man says implies that Batman has changed, now everyone should be afraid. “He’s angry and he’s hunting.”
>More Clark/Lois interaction. He’s worried about her investigation into the bullet. He says it’s too dangerous. She says that’s why she didn’t tell him about it.
>Lex has more of a background presence. Clark is assigned to the library benefit because ‘someone requested Clark Kent cover the event’. So clearly Lex already knows who he is from the beginning. Meaning he wanted Clark and Bruce to meet.
>Insignificant: Perry calls Clark a nerd.
>More Lex dialog with Finch. “Maybe if I keep everything the same Dad will come back.” He talks about his Dad almost as if he’s not dead.
>There’s a quick Bruce Wayne shower scene. Yes, we see Ben’s ass. Yes, it looks good.
>Clark calls his mom after the watching the Senator Finch interview. He asks why his dad never left Kansas and ask why can’t life be more simple. Martha responds nothing was ever simple.
>We see Lex pulling the strings more and more. He has the man Batman branded kill while in prison. Then he has the pics sent to Clark.
>There’s a new scene with Jon Stewart roasting Superman.
>Jena Malone plays an unmade forensic scientist.
>Extended scene with Diana she’s talking with a Curator about the sword on display.
>The Knightmare scene is longer. We see all the trucks arriving at the compound Batman is at. There’s a longer shot of Batman walking to the truck. Also an extended scene of Batman fighting the Superman soldiers.
>There’s a scene with Clark trying to find out what happened to the man who was killed. He talks with his girlfriend outside of the GCPD. She tells him words won’t stop Batman, only fists.
>Longer moment between Clark and his mom, she’s giving him advice.
>The actress Lex hired sees the KGBeast waiting outside her apartment as she gets off the bus. She stays on the bus.
>She goes to see Senator Finch to tell her the truth before the senate meeting. The pieces of the African plot line start slowing falling into place.
>Lois realizes the entire thing was a setup. She tells Perry to run the story. Lex set the whole thing up, it was an ambush for Superman.
>>83746083
Did they still keep in the Youtube videos for the Justice League or did they get extended scenes like those possibly bullshit rumors implied?
Dear /co/mrades, I need your help.
We all know there are several sites to get your cartoonfix at, but is there also a site specifically dedicated to VHS captures of cartoons?
Basically, I'm looking for a place which provides all sorts of cartoons in terrible VHS quality, with distorted sound crackling and all that good stuff. A blog regarding this topic with a few shared links would be very appreciated as well. Also: Penny thread.
yeah, it's called "just buy a fucking vhs you lazy fuck"
>>83746049
Why? You some sort of masochist?
>>83746734
Oh no, not really. I just think it makes for a really wonderful and nostalgic atmosphere. I do still watch older stuff in good quality sometimes, but it doesn't feel as nice. It's like as if something's missing. It's just an "This is nice" kinda feeling compared to the tear-jerkingly wonderful experience I get through VHS captures.
