Mera is a cuck
Hey there, you young whippersnappers!
It's yer old Uncle Fegg here with a great story from yesteryear!
"The Amazing Story of Superman Red and Superman Blue" from Superman vol1 #162 from way back in 1963.
Sit back, relax and enjoy!
What do you guys think of the new Gods?
I like half of it a lot (New Gods proper and Mr. Miracle)and can not get into the other half at all (Superman's Pal, Forever People)
I really don't like the direction those characters have taken and what they have come to represent in DCU and the only really great use of them after was Simonson's Orion series.

Kirby, Byrne, and Morrison are the only ones who have a clue what to do with them

N O P E
Morrison too has some problems. Turpin getting corrupted's a definte statement, but it's one that flies in the face of what Kirby was working toward in New Gods.
I wish Kirby could have finished New Gods the way he wanted to. Growing older, learning more about the man and his philosophy that he was putting into comics and the messages he was sending (don't be afraid of the new generation, facism is anti-life, perserverance will truimph over oppression and upbringing will overcome "destiny") it's incredible ahead of it's time.
Let's rank the Disney Animated Films! I'll start.

Abnett or Waid, at this point.
>>84446866
Ewing I think is the most consistently good right now.
Wilson 'cause Ms. Marvel is still good.
Waid/Samnee: Black Widow is dope, but not (yet) as good as DD.
Charles Soule: Was worried about his DD run but the last issue that took place in a casino was dope.
Lemire: Moon Knight is probably the best thing at Marvel right now.
King: Love his try at a Pluto-esque story with Vision.
Aaron: I like his writing but he hasn't fully convinved me with the two Marvel titles he's writing right now.
Latour: If he could make Spider-Gwen more fun and less introspective/depressing, it'd be all over it.
There is never going to be a proper animated story thing of this video game is there.
>>84446442
Nah, shitty video games all get proper shitty comics.

Reposting my update from yesterday in case anyone missed it. What do you guys think?
MADE A NEW COMIC
what happened to Amy?
>>84446413
They forgot about her, it happens.
>>84446413
>>84446451
She moved away. The first thing she said was that she was moving away.
>>84446491
she said she MIGHT be moving away. and either way one of her parents still lives here so she should visit
Season 3 Wheeeeen?

Yearly, like the venture bros.

>Yearly, like the venture bros.
Don't I wish VB was yearly.
I've seen both seasons of tbis show and I'm still not sure if I like it. On one hand it has some really creative ideas, on the other hand the whole "literally everyone is an asshole" shtick wears out its welcome.
This show is smarter and funnier than anything on cartoon network prove me wrong.
> newfag doesn't into burden of proof
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9eer29iS-Q
it's hard to prove stupid people wrong, they're generally obstinate
Who's your cream team /co/?
>>84445941
"Team Edge and the Meme Machine"
>>84445941
What, like, who we'd most like to see on a book together? Or just... our favourite characters?I'd be totally down for your selections if they were played with a sense of irony and a 90s-as-hell attitude.
Multiversal team of non Marvel or Dc characters...
>The Shadow is the Batman of the team...
>Space Ghost is the Superman of the team...
>Dragonsbane is the Thor/Shazam of the team...
>Nariko is the Wonder Woman of the team...
>Shark Man is the Aquaman of the team...
>Sara-Witchblade is the...
>Rubi Malone is the Black Widow of the team...
>Rai is the Ninja/Ironman of the team...
Was Wallace a great fighter, or even better, than Scott? Not only does Scott once call him Master or something along those lines, he has some chi control. He also appears to know some form of martial art judging from his stance in the Free Comic Book Day short comic.
>>84445880
I always assumed he's powerful as shit but just has no reason to use it, he just wants to drink and fuck dudes.
>>84445899
Dubs confirm, he probably is at least Lucas Lee strong. I imagine him fighting like Spider-Man, agile and always shit talking
>>84445880
I assumed everyone in their world had some type of fighting ability, its just that some used it more than others, like Scott. Like desu, they all looked like they could kick some ass if they needed to
>ITT : Comics you wish got Animated
We are Robin and a Robin War animation would be heaven
>>84445648
All of Mignolaverse.
Specially BPRD Hell on Earth. I would FUCKING LOVE to see Howard in movement.
Amazing Screw'ol Head already showed that you can perfectly do a cartoon on the same art style that Hellboy.
A Grayson animated series would be GOAT.
Warren Ellis' Moon Knight, specifically issue 5.
Hey /co/, I'm soon going to be heading off to somewhere where I won't have access to the internet for two weeks and I'll be having just a laptop with me, so I figured I'd stock up on plenty of comics.
I downloaded some Aliens and Predator comics (20GB torrent from KAT), but I was wondering if you knew if any of them stood out among the others.
I remember a few years back that there was this one comic series, or maybe a graphic novel, of Alien which was highly praised, but I can't recall its name.
Bump.
I didn't read much of Aliens, but I liked pic related.
Re-imagine Taarna to be suitable for modern audiences.
>she is now fat, black, and trans with a blue sidecut
>she never actually does anything herself. Instead she gives motivational speeches and gets others to do everything for her
>remove the sex scene entirely
>her courage inspires the Loch'nar to create a human avatar that falls in love with her
>>84445406
Just produce it in France and have her completely naked, like a real Heavy Metal story.
