The apartment I live in only has an electric stove and it sucks and all the burners are tilted on an angle so the food cooks unevenly.
Is there a way I can get gas or propane stove in my apartment with very little hassle?

How do I make my pizza base less dense and doughy?
What I'm doing
>1cup warm water, 1tsp sure bake active yeast, 1Tbsp olive oil, 1tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2 cups high grade flour.
This is mixed into a ball and left for 10 mins then patted down onto baking paper to about 10cm thick and placed on hot pizza stone (still on baking paper), light coat of olive oil and baked at 250c for 5 mins then taken out for topping. Baked for further 15 mins, cheese is well cooked by then so can't go for longer.
I've tried this 3 times, it's dense and doughy and heavy everything.
