This. BTC is dropping.

Ethereum will always continue to rise in the long term. It's technologically superior in many facets to Bitcoin. Not to mention there is a pretty real thred of a hard fork in bitcoin soon.
It's going to be a bloodbath.
>when you've read most of the business and finance book recommendations on this board and you're still not rich
>>1893881
seems odd because i'm sure reading yields a lot of shekels ...
>>1893881
What books did you read?
>read book
>not apply it
>"Waaah, why I'm not rich guys"
>live in a relatively poor (but cheap) small euro country
>have poorfag jobs
>change half of parents' house into own appartment (they said the house was too big for them anyway)
>pay no rent
>life just goes downhill
>make a crypto investment, very risky... "all in" kind of thing (not wise, I know)
>thing assplodes from $0.50 to $8
>suddenly sitting on a large stash of money
>still living like a poorfag
>nothing changes in life, just watching that number grow
>realize there's nothing I really want to buy
anyone knows this feel?
is it that the many years of poorfagdom ruined my brain or am I doing it right?
I sometimes think "oh now I could really afford X" but then I think "meh, let's instead save the money for another investment"
or "now I could move out!" - and then I think "but what's the point of paying rent...?"
I asked parents if they'd want me to move so that they can rent "my" appartment to another person for cash but they insisted on NO
TL;DR: have lots of money suddenly but I keeep living like a poorfag
I'm thinking: "unless I have 10M, it's better to keep living like a poorfag"
is this the correct mindset?
I wanna keep investing what I made until it's at least 10M
Just find the right balance. Spend money on things that have value to you and improve your life one way or another and don't spend it on things that don't add value. It's really that simple.
>>1893838
what kind of things add the most value?
I'm 32 and I have 150 grand in savings.
I'd rather chug Clorox than continue my current job
What's something I can do with the money that'll skyrocket my wealth?
Not low risk/return strategies, property or stocks.
Preferably some kind of business.
What got me thinking was
>malaysian friend mentions his family bought a house in jungle
>swallows / swifts create their nests there
>collect the nests and sell them to be used in soups
>high profit
Ideas?

buy a nice boat. no joke. i know it's not an investment and there are monthly costs blablabla.
but it's really fun to have boat and stay a day on the sea/ lake whatever. you will make new friends in the marina (other people with money. not retarded gamers or so). it will make networking fun again.
>>1893785
Figure out how long you can last on 150k and then just quit your job and either do nothing until the money runs out or find something you would like to do and earn money doing that job instead.
>>1893793
no, don't do that. no need to waste time on calculating whether you can live like a king for the rest of your life with 150k.
buy a boat. make boat friends. enjoy your life with boat friends. network and get new oppotunities.
I'm working on building my credit but have no reason for a loan or anything at this point, so I've just been using and being responsible with credit cards. I have two so far, one that I got in 2015 which has an interest rate of 27% (It's the card for the store I work at, I don't leave a balance and it gives me discounts and shit), and another one that I got about three or four months ago with a 24% interest rat. I mostly got that one because it ended up giving me a nice boost to my score with the higher total limit and whatnot. However now my new bank is offering me one with 1.5% cash back across the board with other specific things in different ranges (2% gas, 10% on restaurants for 6 months, etc.) and only a 14% rate. Would it be wise to take this one and use it primarily over the other two? I don't see any real reason not to as it's just objectively better than my other two cards but I don't know what sort of effect it'll have once my average credit history becomes so young with two cards being opened over the course of just a few months.

To answer your question unlike the jamoke in the first post; yes. Assuming you don't carry balances like you've already stated those cash back cards are free money.

Hello /biz/ Let me just start by saying I'm a total n00b, if there ever was one. Infact this is the like only the fourth time I've visited 4chan at all.
I am a 19 yr old graduate from India, just finished by college degree and wondering what else I should do next. I've always had interest in business which is why I'm here to ask for some advice. Biggest question is - WHERE TO START?
People have told me to read lot of related books, I'm willing to do that. If /biz/ considers that an effective way to move forward, can you guys suggest good books for beginner?
What are the other ways I can improve my chances in succeeding as a businessmen?

It's ~90% confirmed for polo,
it has real anonymous world application,
it's been talked about on Bloomberg,
and it has several banks ready to back it.
So, what's up? What am I not seeing?

General Questions about crypto currencies.
Is there a wallet program or something to actually hold all the different types? or am I to use different wallets and trading programs for each one?
I'm thinking about getting into them. I say "them" because I know that there's more than one and it involves having more than one.
Does anyone have real stories about how they actually turned around money (to a profit) with trading multiple currencies?
>>1893614
I'm probably gonna double my money with XMG so I guess that's a story
>>1893617
what wallet do you use on XMG?
can you link me more information?
A story you say?
Once there was a poor little boy, who saw the glorious magi (who looks like morgan freeman btw) who told him "bish, if you put all yer cash at me ima give it back fifty fold in under 24h" so the little boy bought magi with all his potatoers and became the next snoop dogg.

Nah man, Magi is the next big thing.
It went up much more then expected. Was gonna wait till weekend to buy some fairly cheap since no movement, ended up buying some at around .4 (waited for it to drop from .7) I think it'll go up to $10 in 3 months at this rate. It's weird that you can only mine on their hardware
ARK is going to go up again today i can feel it.
