So I've been lurking on /biz/ for that last two years. You guys spit out some of the most useful investment strategies and which markets are in. Dont get me wrong half of you guys are pure shit talkers.

Heres my deal.
I've been invested in stocks for the last year or so. Noting special maybe whats equal to around 5k USD. Its about the same now as when I began trading. No gains, no loss.
What now? I want out of the stock market and i've had ETH and BITCOIN for about 8 months. Fine gains, but I want to know more.

Since I have 20-ish ETH and 0.7 BITCOIN, I kinda know the deal with the two kings of crypto.

If I sell my stocks and want to buy crypto how do I do this? I've used coinbase and other site, but they have a market only for Bitcoin and ETH. I've seen something about BITTREX and POLONIEX. Both exchange bitcoin for other smaller coins? Do I get a wallet? Do I need a new hardware wallet for all my new coins? Are these websites safe enough to keep my coins?
>>
>>2010402
>>2010432
Is is a good idea to invest only in ETH and BITCOIN? Or should I try smaller coins? And why?
I'm fine with risks, but I dont like stupid investments with no hope.

I've been thinking about spreading my money over the top 10 crypto where I'd have the more invested in nr 1 (bitcoin) a little less in nr. 2 (eth) a little less in nr. 3 and so on. What do you think?
>>
>>2010432
Buy bitcoin, transfer it to bitrex and trade your shitcoins

>>2010445
>Is is a good idea to invest only in ETH
yes
>BITCOIN
no
>Or should I try smaller coins
high risk, high reward. For example, PIVX mooned from $0.1 to $2 in a very short period of time

You can store ETH and, from what I know, some of its tokens in an ethereum wallet. Other coins need their own separate wallet.

I can't even understand what this thing is supposed to be or what it does.

Is it a scam or am I just retarded?

They talk about buying currency and using crypto to buy colored coins that correspond to USD.

What's a colored coin anyway? Why wouldn't I just use coinbase? What is the point of these weird intermediate steps? Am I even getting what they're trying to say?

Basically what wavesplatform does. Like tokens that represent other currencies on your platform.

Anyway Exscudo isn't a scam, but it's a terrible project run by inexperienced devs looking for a quick buck. I read through most of their Bitcoinwalk thread and it's only being funded by delusional pajeets.

Stay clear anon. Their ICO is a complete flop (wanted 30k+ BTC, barely got above 1k)

Bruh, Casper and PoS haven't even arrived yet, this train has no brakes.

Alright /biz/, the majority of you talk big or shill your selected coins harder than jews screw goys, so let's put you to the test.

I propose a challenge of sorts, which will prove just how good of investors you all really are.

The Challenge:
>Budget: $250
>Hardware: 1 Decent Laptop, 1 Decent Desktop PC, 1 Last Gen Smartphone

How do you start building your portfolios and getting profits?

Document your steps and why you'd do what you would do. This should help the newcomers and help get a discussion going.

This can be hypothetical, but for those of you with the balls to take the challenge with an actual investment, then this should be a fun experience covering the basics again.

Is this the secret to success /biz/? seems to be the most common characteristic for every successful businessman I look up

>>2010162
Yes. It implies access to capital investment from a family network of banks/ private equity/ etc.

Everyone has ideas but few have the capital needed to make them happen.

How do I grow up in a jewish family?
>>
>>2010162
I had a stepdad who was adopted by a Jewish family, but he ended up being a piece of shit. I think his jewess stepmother tried to connect with the family once when I was a child, but she disappeared in my childhood and was never seen again.

These threads are the worst because OP is a fag and is a bag holder who wants to see it go as high as possible by shilling, inviting more people that just want quick money who have terrible investment psychological skills.
