>yfw when in January 2018 effectively every coin that isn't a shitcoin will have proportionally risen a fuckload alongside the exponentially increasing market cap.
Buy now and worry later anons for you only have a limited time to make use of this once in a life time opportunity to capitalize off of a booming market.
>>2037016
Nope, SELL SELL SELL, sell all of your crypto and convert to fiat quickly, you gotta invest in newspaper and typewriter stocks.
>>2037016
Can you elaborate some more on the prediction?
>>2037021
Sorry goy I'll be buying into those Goldmen Sachs stocks right away.
why do you think any coin other than bitcoin is going to be first to get mainstream approval?
>>2036998
Bitcoin is infamous.
ask a normie and they'll say "oh that thing you buy illegal stuff with?"...
Depends what you call mainstream because in many ways bitcoin is already there. We are still in baby stages and most people don't see the change that crypto will bring.
Short term I expect volatility and steady bull as more and more people catch on
Long term who the fuck knows. It's not even the best tech that always wins out so it's hard to say. Bitcoin had a huge head start but imo it's foolish to believe that another coin can't come around and steal the thunder. It's all about hype, luck, tech, and meme magic. Place your bets boys
bitcoin is shit tech with noscale
bitcoin devs have known this since its inception but have utterly failed to push through even very minor incremental improvements
ether, litecoin (also shit tech, but with segwit roll-out have at least shown the ability to evolve the network), stellar, and one of the anonymous coins are the future
So how do i invest into crypto, stocks arent doing enough for me and im willing to gamble some more, what do you guys use to keep your crypto and where do you guys exchange
>>2036995
The shows over everything has peaked you literally JUST missed it, sorry OP better luck in your next life.
>>2036995
There are like 600 cryptocoins out there
What is the difference between all of them?
Are they all pump and dump pozni schemes with different names?

Trips of truth :'(
Newcoiner here. I need help understanding wallets and how to setup properly. Can one of you rich coin anons walk me through the best setup?
My current situation:
- Bought ETH and BTC on Coinbase and left coins on their wallets
- Signed up for Polo, Gemini, Kraken, and Bittrex and want to start buy other coins like LTC and Ripple, and XBY, and Iconomi (US Fag)
Which wallets do I use for each coin? I have a PC now that I can use for the wallets to connect online. I also have a spare old Dell netbook. I read online that I can install Ubuntu on it and create a cold storage for it that never connects to the internet so it can't be hacked.
Also what about printing out copies of the wallet? Please help me become smart with this stuff like you anon. Thanks!
>>2036991
>tfw have the same questions. Also have LTC, ETH on Coinbase, Ripple & Golem on Bittrex..
where to store the coins..?
>>2036991
If you're planning on investing a large amount (several thousand) then buy a hardware wallet (google Trezor). Storing your coins on a computer is NEVER safe. Ever. Bitcoins and other crypto is the biggest target by hackers because it cannot be reversed. If your comp has been connectd to the internet you need to assume its compromised and never store a large number of coins on it.
If not investing a large amount, just download electrum for BTC.
>>2037000
Thanks anon! So it looks like this only stores BTC. So do I just leave the altcoins on the exchanges or is the end goal to transfer everything to BTC? I like a buy and hold approach for my investments so I would like to keep whatever altcoins I buy as a long term hold. How do I store these?
hey /biz/ add this snapchat for daily financial news, observations, and speculation. watch the story!
>>2036936
Crypto news or more like stock/corporation business news?
>>2038186
Business/corporate news
Stocks, bonds, commodities. May mention crypto every now and then if anything significant went on
Thanks for the adds! Weekends are on but when markets are open there's more content.
Anyone can watch the story
Just saying this once.
Keep an eye on MAID. Looks like it is going to the moon any moment. If you miss the boat that's your own fault.
There's actually been a lot of buzz around this in the past few months. Could be big.
Nah, maid is vaporware
the website is pretty poor desu
Anyone else got the feel that being a wagecuck now is just a waste of time?
I mean, even low tier instagram models are making bank with shitty selfies or with their unoriginal plain blogs
>>2036920
"teeeheeeheeeheee"
>>2036920
Stop telling me, anon. My family are all wagecucks and they refuse to set up a patreon, instagram, kickstarter, trade crypto, twitch tv or anything that has to do with making money online.
As for what's stoppnig me... I don't have any art+programming skills or any attentionwhoring skills. Plus my country is very limited when it comes to international transactions. No Paypal here.
>>2036920
>Anyone else got the feel that being a wagecuck now is just a waste of time?
No, some of us employees actually get a deep sense of satisfaction from serving our superiors.
Whats is happening??? WHERE ARE THE GAINZ GOING? REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>2036867
> "All the shitcoins have been going up for the last month just buy them all and hold!!"
This is why those of us who have been trading crypto for more than 2 months don't take the "diverse shitcoin portfolio" approach. This a retirement fund.
>>2036875
*isn't a retirement fund.
>>2036867
>ETH
>GNT and RLC
>XBY, POSW and BITB
Looks like the shills have you hook line and sinker, the buy and hold approach is sweet and all but you need to learn to read charts and sell high and buy low. Having multipe shitcoins just sitting in red is pretty amaturish imo. (Yes this is /biz/ everyone here is naive as fuck)
Why aren't you in on Golem yet ? Soon to sky rocket to the moon
I don't buy Jewish crypto. Even if it moons, won't touch that shit. Fuck the kikes.
>>2036863
The Jews will be even more mad that you profited off of them if you buy into golem.
>>2036866
>buy the merchant's coin
>now the price of all coins goes up due to demand
>thinking this isn't playing into (((their))) hands
Is this site so bad compared to Coinbase?
Would you care to explain why to a nocoiner who's having lots of troubles with the so shilled Coinbase?
They're scammers. Hold your money, use it for further trading while telling you it's been sent to a wrong code, they're slimy.
>>2036813
Any other alternatives to coinbase?
>>2036854
Blockchain
>he didn't sell all his ETH at $100 for LTC
why the fuck do I want LTC
>>2036723
50%BTC
30%ETH
10%LTC
5%XRP
5%GNT
Is that so hard?
Ltc and all alts will correct over the next 2 months. But ltc is a good hold until $100 it just wont happen in the next months. Im buying every dip as it breaks dupport levels.
NO MORE FEAR
NO MORE DOUBT
PROOF OF STAKE WALLET IS THE FUTURE.
explain to me what a proof of stake wallet is

checked. digits confirm
double dubs have spoken
This thread right here is the reason for your lambo you'll weep thinking about this very moment and your crypto success.
It's simple. There is a coin which has BARELY begun it's moon mission, relatively unknown and a will become a top 10 coin.
Siacoin.
Curently at 183sats and rising. A steal if you ask me.
Buy now before you regret it.
And I'm no shill, I'm not making this thread again. Simply helping the place that got me into ETH at $20. Buckle up, cowboys.
lol siacoin has insane inflation as can be seen in the graphs...the market cap rises but the btc value remains the same...
The real money makers are the siafund coins...
Those cost insane amounts(1siafund coin=2 btc).
Stop shilling trash.
>>2036669
Interesting. Can't hurt to drop $20 on it.
Will screencap you OP.
Where do I purchase this coin?
Are we out of the insane growth stage and into the price correction stage?
>>2036659
Hahahahahahahaha
No
Nobody invests in coins yet but us my man.
>>2036660
Pretty impressive how /biz/ has pumped 20bn$ into the market last two months
>>2036659
Market has calmed down past couple days. That's all
Post your face when you sold BTC at 1600 USD and ETH at 100 to stupid no-coiners.
Congrats, you a "coiner" now. Enjoy the baghold idiots.
>>2036632
is that a cracked-out version of miley cyrus? bag old them titties anon. pump a few kids in her to experience a p&d with a long term fuck up
>>2036632
Very nice, see you buying back higher than your selling point though!
>>2036632
Been holding from $300 and $15 but they aren't for sale. You have done good though OP you might be able to scoop a few extra for yourself in the dips, alternatively just go enjoy your extra pocket money - you've earned it. Maybe buy treat yourself to a nice dinner at a restaurant, that way at the very least you can entertain us in a year with a story about how you ate your future.
