I fucking hate /biz/. 90% of the people here are literal scum of the earth who shill the worst coins on the fucking planet.
I guess the only who's worse than those niggers are dumbfucks who actually buy said coins.
Anyone have experience with a successful or even unsuccessful startup?
Is there any way for a broke dropout NEET with a good idea to get a startup going or is it just fucked?
>>2040638
its basically a lottery.
unless your buying a franchise or something.
its hard ass work.
its not worth it unless its like a bucket list item for you or something. sure its a huge learning experience. but its probably worse than military service , psychologically . just save money , invest wisely
get a good education and a good job.
you will be fine.
if you have to go online and ask for permission, save yourself the nightmare.
>>2040656
Yes, it may be hard work but I have nothing else to devote my energy to , at this moment. And, in a way, I guess it is some sort of bucket list item for me.
I just need to figure out a way to begin. I've thought about it and I either need some sort of starting investors or I completely lose myself in my idea; which I am willing to do. There really isn't much left for me in this world, really.

depends the country you live in and its legislation. The egoistic motivated newcomer businessmen that wants to have a big reward (in form of profit) after they have been successful, tends to avoid europe due to its high regulations.
I'm desperate now /biz, I'm failing through life and my modules, and I wanna have some security in case this all goes to shit. I wanna start investing in crypto and Forex but I have no idea how/where to start or what to invest in? Do I need to download some stuff, go a website? Any advice and/or guides would be very much appreciated

Be prepared to spend 100s of hours staring at charts and reading investing books before you become consistantly profitable. It took me 6 months and blowing up $20k before I invested another $10k made my losses back and some more. I recommend starting with much less then and paper trading for at least 6 months.

Anyone out their that knows the biz? Looking to start up a company and theirs tons of "kits" and bidding softwares to choose from are any of them worth the money?
>>2040617
If you're bidding nationally or globally software can help but for the most part you just need to do research to find out what various jobs have paid historically.
If I want to bid on a janitorial job in your town I'll start by emailing the purchasing agent and asking them how much they're currently paying. If you lose the bid ask them how much the winning bid was for and what the range of bids was. In most cases they'll tell you and you'll get an idea what various people in other states are bidding.
keep in mind that a lot of times the winning bid from an out-of-state contractor will fall through because they bid too low to hire anyone. So pay attention to what the work finally goes for.
Other than that it's just experience. I have bid thousands of jobs and have won thousands of jobs. I can walk into a building or even just look at measurements and estimate immediately what the work will go for. Practice is all. You learn pricing by research and practice.
>>2040617
other than that I've found the contractor's blue book to be a pretty good guide of what others will bid.
I personally bid about 20% less than blue book, but that varies by location.
>>2040636
i got that book that says all the local prices its very good for price referances, how do you develop a a good contract? The only thing im kinda nervos about is the paperwork. Also do you have any experiance with the cimes floor machine? The only thing i got so far is a pro team super coach 10 and i am trying to decide wich floor machine to get
Hey /biz/, I really wanna invest in crypto. Like many people here I feel that it's the future and I desperately want to participate.
So I spent a lot of time, gathering info on crypto, found a wallet I like, watched tons of videos explaining everything, etc.
But here's the problem: I'm a trainee right now and will be for the next 1,5 years, so I barely make enough money to cover my expenses right now (never going out, cooking every meal myself, etc.), and feel massive FOMO.
I feel like I'm already late to the party and want to invest, but don't have any money and won't for another 16-18 months. How do I deal w/ this horrible feeling of missing my chance of a lifetime?

I'm not a good thief and getting caught would lose me my job unfortunately...
Opportunities will keep coming. For all you know, we might have a huge crash in two years and you might end up in prime position to take advantage of it.
Don't take needless risks unless you're okay with losing it all. I would recommend adding whatever little you can into crypto but never taking a loan / using money you can't afford to lose.
Hey biz. I got 30k a year spending 600 a more in bills. Trying to get a FHA loan on a 80k quadplex. I plan to section 8 the other 3 units while I live in one. Can it happen? Had this lender from mortgages of America call and email me a lot. What do you think? Also real estate general thread.
Porn bump
>>2040494
You generally can't use an FHA loan for a rental property.
Mortgages for rentals tend to have higher down payments, interest rates, insurance costs, taxes, etc. Much higher in most cases unless you have stellar credit and tons of cash.
>>2040509
I know they let up to quadplexes on FHA as long as you live there. Or really there is no rule against it so you can get away with it. Most lenders usually stick to duplexes but this guy knows what i want to do. My credit is 730 and I'm 19. (Being young spooks me the most). Could prob do 10k down. I know FHA is like 3.5 up.

is 4chan profitable?
>>2040332
I reckon it must be, but that doesnt mean that it always was or that it's got a juicy profit margin, the problem is with this being the way it is no one ever beleives the official word.
Moot said it best, we're like the opposite of Occam's Razor, everything is a Juedo-Femminist-CIA-Reptile conspiracy to censor us instead of a forum founded by a weeb and sold to a Japanese Otoku
It put moot into 20k debt, although apparently gook added a ton of more ads although I use adblock so fuck if I'd know.

I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and having my own sonogram machine is appealing. I can get one for a bit over $1000 from China.
But I hate to spend that much without a way to make money on the side.

Met this guy while I was eating pho one day.
ETH shall be 250

Funny picture. He's right too. I wonder why he hasn't had gastric bypass surgery. Too unhealthy all ready?
I got into crypto recently and have put around $1000 into ETH and LTC.
I would like to put another 1000 into some riskier coins but not total shitcoins. Maybe some in the top 20 market cap-wise.
I'm keen on Golem, but are there any others you'd recommend?
Pic semi related, will be my celebratory drink when I'm a millionaire.
