No, for one because NJ doesn't have a weekly show to put up against RAM. Part of why their wrestling is better is because they're not doing dates every single week, so they can take harder bumps when they get in the ring.

As far as them going head to head, I don't think that's NJs strategy. I think NJ is going to take the position of 'hey dissatisfied WWE fans, why don't you give this alternative a chance? We have a more serious approach and our matches are better.' In other words, they're going to try to fill a niche that WWE doesn't fulfill.

WWE will live on in some capacity simply because their hardcore fanbase (the people continuing to watch 3 agonizing hours of RAM every week) isn't going anywhere for a good while. Their product is also a little more light-hearted and more based on American boisterousness and bravado which some people prefer. But NJ has a chance to siphon off a good piece of the dissatisfied WWE fans who aren't even aware that other feds exist.

30 fps is okay, but since the older episodes of WWE programming are only originally 480 lines of video they should be able to stream those in 60 fps without many issues.

I really wish I could find an original, unaltered broadcast of one of those old shows. They looked so good. Way better than the "restored" versions on the network that have had a smoother run over the image and have been desaturated for some reason.
