Virgo: Tonfa (somehow fit for a Buddhist priest)
Lion: Trident
Scorpio: Normal Nunchuck
Aries: Sword

For the rest, I'd wager:
Pisces: the other Trident (because Tridents are fish related)
Gemini: Normal Nunchuck (because it's dual themed weapon or something)
Taurus: the other Shield (because it relate to his defense/attack motive)
Capricorn: the other Sword (because Excalibur, Duh!)

I am a bit lost for the rest
Cancer: Triple Nunchuck (as a Scorpio parallel, as somehow relate it to their claws) (I AM TRYING, ALLRIGHT?)

These guys were all hyped up but in practice Rhada is the only one who actually accomplishes something by killing off Orphée. Aiakos gets one hit on Kanon, then gets totally BTFO'd by Ikki, Rhada spends most of the time being terrified of Kanon before karsploding with him, Minos gets one hit on Kanon as well, then jobs to Hyoga. Arguably, Niobe, the first specter to fight, has the second best record as he manages to kill a gold too.
