Most of it was fine although I felt that I dragged on way too much, especially towards the end with arcs like Bohemian Rhaspody. That and I never really cared much for Jolyne.

This. I thought most of the arcs involving Pucci were immensely entertaining, probably the most 'driven' villain in the series and somewhat complex as well, as his intentions aren't entirely malicious. I loved the arc where his stand White Snake is first introduced and with his first stand not being the most outright powerful made for some really interesting scenarios which showed his cunning. But I still think Kira is the most entertaining villain in the series from what I've read/watched.
I like the fact that he is introduced as the villain from early on and has a role throughout Part 6, unlike Kira or DIO.

Well, I can't imagine there's much to 'come up with,' since his moveset lends itself well to being self-explanatory. He mostly uses clawed hand-to-hand and attacks with smaller dinosaurs if not fully transforming outright. He has a few quirky powers you could make use of, temporary fossilizing characters into dinosaur-themed memorabilia (it'd be neat if it could be character-based like Alessi transformations I guess,) like when he turns those two dudes into candle-holders.
If you wanted I suppose you could throw in some of his horseback riding tricks from earlier SBR, but I'm not sure most of those translate well into a fighting game.

He was just a dick to Joseph, had VERY little time shown of their friendship developing, had a hamfisted backstory thrown in and a very forced death to boot. What is there to like about him over the other brojos in the series who got much more time to shine, who were much more fleshed out, who actually had personalities and good dynamics with the main JoJo themselves and who also had damn good abilities?
