Personally, I can't bring myself to buy a figure if they're wearing a costume they didn't actually wear in their manga or anime. One off pictures for manga covers or promo art don't count. For this reason, I don't have any bunny girls

The reason I won't buy figures wearing bunny suits is because bunny suit outfits literally all look the same, they are almost always shiny, as if made out of non-breathable vinyl, and they cover up too much skin/contours as well. Another problem is that very few characters actually wear bunny suits canonically in their respective anime or manga, which sometimes goes against the character's personality to do. I'd rather see a character in her natural attire acting more naturally.

Swimsuits, on the other hand, have a lot of variety, they are usually canonical, since almost all anime have a swimsuit episode, and even when not, are much more believably worn by most characters. Yes, I have a few Beach Queen figures, but that's mainly just for characters who either didn't get a decent full size scale or otherwise BQ made a good set of. Mainly, swimsuits don't cover up a lot of skin with shiny plastic for the sake of shoehorning some character into your fetish. They're usually cute and accentuate each character's natural traits.
