He probably will gain his nen back but he won't be an enhancer anymore. It's been established that nen can change with time.

Probably he's just been reset to before he could emit aura but i would prefer if Nanika's nen was like Kurapika but stronger. An imposition a rule to "be ok" so if Gon ever gets his nen back he would die.

But it's probably not going to be like that... i think that she healed him and since it was his own nen what was killing him it has to be taken completely... so now he won't be able to get that back. He is going to need a new nen, not his old nen.

Remember that in that same chapter is was discussed that if a person's memories were altered, Kurapika wouldn't be able to detect a lie from truth. And Mizai has explicitly said that if Beyond had contacted him before he got the task of capturing him he would have joined him in a heartbeat.

It's not farfetched to speculate he's a second traitor. Plus, he was the one proposing the reveal of everyone's abilities, by starting with his own he gains their trust even further.
