When the Federal Reserve was created, the United States really did enter into a security agreement with the bankers, wherein US citizens were put up as collateral, the idea being that they had a certain value as tax payers.

The idea (called the "Redemption Theory") was popularized by Roger Elvick in the 1980s. He said that the amount each person was worth was $630,000. He also said that you can access a bank account with this money in it (which makes no sense).

No idea where he got the specific amount from, but I think there is some kernel of truth to it.

Our current national debt per person stands at $61,346. So, if the figure is actually $63,000, it explains why the debt ceiling has only recently become a very serious problem for the federal government administratively. We used to just raise it, but now we've been shutting down the government and only raising it slightly for short periods of time.

I suspect that rather than being able to access your own account, you can buy yourself out of the system at any time. In order for federal income tax to be constitutional (probably seemed less plausible back then), they included a provision that stated that if any citizen wished to absolve their obligation to pay federal income tax, he need only pay the amount of debt owed by the government on his behalf (aka "redeem" himself or his collateralized self). Of course, the wealthy would have done this immediately. And the government will do anything to keep this provision secret from the American people. But if there is such a law, it probably would be upheld.

My grandfather was born in DC and came from a well-connected family. My dad told me a bunch of interesting things that he heard from him, so I suspect this Elvick guy knew about it somehow through a game of telephone, getting some but not all of the facts correct.

If you have $630,000 to drop on something and you're dead-set on spending it on getting out of being taxed on your income, you might as well just bribe somebody. And probably can. So you could be technically right in that regard.

Anyway, there's absolutely no way a monetary value in american fiat currency in the 1980s would correlate to a value today; the average amount of income tax a person pays in their lifetime more than doubles when you account for inflation. $630k in 1980 is 1.8 million today; $630k at the time of the Fed's creation in 1913 equates to 15 mil. We are not worth that much, the bank cannot profit that much off us, there's no reason to price us that way.

I have read several books on what is actually occurring in the brain while people experienced these phenomenon and it was stated to be a Temporal Lobe Time Anomaly , having experienced this myself in documented dreams in which I woke up and wrote down a future event witnessed from my visual perspective, I think it occurs during the increased electrical activity during REM sleep in the visual cortex, a water molecule inside your brain might become super charged and make the phenomenon occur, emotional states also sometimes traverse time and space back to a dream.
