Ability-wise, Gen 4 cover legends are the most cucked and worst:

Ho-Oh and Lugia: They were stuck with Pressure like most legends, but Gen 5 gave them Regenerator and Multiscale, making them to have niches thanks to their abilities.

Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza: Groudon and Kyogre lost their niches of being automatic setters of Sun and Rain in Gen 5, and in Gen 6 their abilities were nerfed but they received new abilities that are improved weathers that prevent other weathers to be called until they are switched out. Rayquaza received Delta Stream, an ability that deletes its x4 weakness to Ice.

Reshiram and Zekrom: Their abilities are renamed Mold Breakers, and are useful due to being introduced in the same generation that Sturdy became Focus Sash made ability.

Black Kyurem and White Kyurem: same that Reshiram and Zekrom.

Xerneas and Zekrom: despite they have shitass offensive stats at 131, Fairy Aura and Dark Aura boosts their main STABs and made them to hit as hard as other cover legendaries while having their stats distribuited into bulk.

Solgaleo and Lunala: Don't have the best abilities but at least is not Pressure.

Meanwhile Dialga, Palkia and Giratina had Pressure (Giratina Origin had Levitate) and received Telepathy. As ORAS gave Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza new abilities and formes, do you think it will happen with Dialga, Palkia and Rayquaza?

Just copy and paste one of the patched code.bins into SD:/luma/code_sections
Hold select when booting Luma to open up the config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start
>HBL (New 3DS only, otherwise use Luma)
Extract the patched code.bins and rename them to 00175E00.code for Moon and 00164800.code for Sun.
Place it in SD:/hans/
Start up the homebrew menu and open HANS, open Pokemon through it.
Finally, use the in-game QR scanner and you're golden.
