Actually, you can just catch a Dunsparce on the grass at Three Isle Port in FRLG and then migrate it to HGSS via Pal Park.

So people keep saying. Why would game freak not release a game with 60 million user base.
A Pokemon game costs 34.99
Switch games cost 59.99
So say a 3rd version game sells 10 million on 3ds
That's 349 million dollars
Now say if a 3rd version game sells 6 million copies.
That's 359 million
So they sell 4 million less but still made more money.
Now don't forgot Pokemon will sell switches. Too help create a big user base for the 8th gen mainline games. Which would sell like goldmine
It's either gonna switch only or cross gen. 12 more days until you anti stars anti switch people get BTFO

Is gen one pandering the ultimate meme? Complaining about the abundance of Gen 1 representation in the games is kinda like complaining that goombas are in the new mario game, but they left scuttlebugs out.

Mario and Pokémon are two different franchises and the problem is that on previous Gens they tried to make Pokémon introduced in those Gens the center of attention to make at least 10 Pokémon to be recognized while ensuring Pokémon from older Gens to also not be forgotten, but starting XY they dropped it completely and pander to Gen 1 because either they became nostalgiafags or try to make old fans to return to the franchise.
Anyways that massive Gen 1 pandering made the starters and Talonflame the least forgettable Pokémon from Gen 6 (excluding Legendaries because they are always popular). If you didn't know there are people that forgot that Bunnelby line, Scatterbug line, Inkay line, Pumpkaboo line, Bergmite line exist, only to mention a bit.
