Rock type: has just as many weaknesses as Ice type, and one of the few types that can't pair with Steel. For something so solid, it sure has a lot of weaknesses

Bug is bad strictly because of how many things resist it.
Grass is deceptively good despite numerous weaknesses and mediocre stab.
On the other end. Water is close to op because it has guaranteed ice coverage and scald. Fairy IS op. Flying is offensively one of the best STAB types and it pairs perfectly with the massive coverage of earthquake.

Out of rock's 5 weaknesses, the one I never understood was ground. Like I get water and grass, steel is harder so it cuts it, martial artists can smash rocks so fighting is ok too, but ground? it is resisted by bugs, that live on it, but is strong against rocks, that originate on it? never made sense to me.

Rock has more resistances but Normal and Poison are garbage resists. Flying and Fire are okay.

When I was a kid, Ghostfish was a fakemon on the same level as Pikablu and Mewthree.
Just on a whim, I googled 'ghostfish pokemon' and noticed there were zero results.
Normally I'd chalk this up to "Well it must have only been a thing at my old school" but I distinctly remember people joking about Ghostfish in late-elementary school all the way up to early-high school, and I changed cities when I graduated from elementary school and started high school. It's really bizarre that people would talk about this thing in two different cities (admittedly in the same state), but there would be nothing about it online.
Does anyone here remember Ghostfish?
I don't remember any details about it considering it's been roughly 20 years since then, but it just popped back into my mind and now I'm curious.
