I got one during a Nuzlocke, was pretty cool, give it Headbutt and it learns Glare really early for some early game paraflinch shenanigans.

Actually, you can just catch a Dunsparce on the grass at Three Isle Port in FRLG and then migrate it to HGSS via Pal Park.
