was the screen zoomed in too much for anyone else? it was really hard to follow everything between that and the shaky cam.
there were some cool moments though. basically everything with the sword.
>>83867727
Is this actor cursed? He seems to pick projects that don't get a lot of praise.
I think he has the talent to compete with the best British talent and talentless Jews of Hollywood.
>GARIBALDI! Drop those fucking trousers, bad boy. Let's see that 'pocket-rocket' you keep telling Commander Ivanova about.
What did Captain Sheridan mean by this, /tv/? Did the Vorlons make him do it?
>>83867717
Kosh was most likely a very dirty old fucker. I mean he did touch Sheridan...
I do love a good Garibaldi I do.

>Scotland 2017: We want freedom because the English are trying to stop Muslims raping our women
Freedom yes, but for whom? To do what?
>>83867441
I actually thought it was pretty fair and an overall great film.
I Unironically miss the bush era
>>83867262
I don't know how anyone could get any assessment of the Bush presidency other than he was a clueless bumbling retarded Papa's boy controlled by kikes.
>>83867331
He fought against the kikes.
Why didn't you like the new season of House of Cards, /tv/?
I thought it wasn't anything special, but it is still, overall, better than most things on tv.
It was a better season than Season 3, with a more interesting plot. Sure, many elements of it are too much over-the-top and ridiculous, but at least they are entertaining. I liked specially Michael Kelly's performance, which I think was the best of the season. New interesting characters were added, like Miss Davis, for example, and boring characters were eliminated, like Tom Yates, for example.
>but muh Claire President! muh feminist agenda
You honestly did not think she was going to, eventually, replace Frank as President!? A 5 years old kid could have seen it back in Season 5. And she backstabbing him makes sense. The show is also about Claire becoming more ruthless. Sure, it has a feminist position to empower woman. But since Season 1 that one could see that Claire's story arc was of her getting empowered, at the expense of Francis. If you did not see that back then, you don't get to complain about "muh feminism". This was always a feminist show.
>but muh secretary has fallen
So what!? This show has always had over-the-top elements. Since Season 3 that has had some ridiculous scenes. It was never supposed to be a representation of reality. Just compare Conway with Trump! Of course you are going to see conspiracies and conspiracy theorists ending up being in the right all along. But that's because it's what it sells. It's on exagerated scenes that people are interested in.
The weakest aspects of the season were perhaps their treatment of Conway, that became a psycopath, the last two episodes, that were the ones with most bullshit of them all (Frank was the leak all along LE PLOT TWIST XD!!!) and some cringy scenes (like Frank burning the cigarrette on the flag). But, overall, one can enjoy the show, which still has a great cast, and a compeling, even if kind of stupid, plot
Shameless self bumpo
American tv just keeps going even when its shit, in the uk they usually know when to stop stuff, watch the british house of cards if you want a good political drama,
Season 1 and 2 of the american one were good 3 to 5 are a pile of wank

What shit hole do you reside in?
Why did Vincent Cassels character force Nikolaj to have sex with that prostitute?
I get that he wanted to see his loyalty but he could have just ordered him to kill someone.
He was gay, he just wanted to see his cock
Assuming I'm thinking of the right movie...
>>83866910
Because he was a faggot you mong
>>83866915
This.
I guess it was also some strange way of "testing" and making sure Nikolaj wasn't gay, at least as per his excuse.
How comes women are better at directing movies?
>>83866838
Why do """men"" like this exist? I can't comprehend this amount of self-loathing and virtue signaling
>>83866838
Well, it's not hard when you measure them against Zack Snyder.
>>83866838
some of the best directors ever are women - Kelly Reichardt, Chantal Akerman, Lynne Ramsay, to name a few - but Patty Jenkins doesn't really rank
Where do flicks go from here?
>dissapointed people elect guy to fuck with the status quo.
>waaah im so dissapointed about that.
>>83866755
trump is evil and the worst president ever, get over it
>>83866778
righto m8 jog on
Is this any good?
If not why?
If so why?
>>83866570
1. No
2. Directionless, mostly wasted potential, lots of arcs that get no conclusion
It might be, if you can get through the first five or six episodes without dying of boredom. I personally couldn't, so I don't know if it gets good or not.
>>83866570
Was one of the more captivating tv series of the last few years. Was telekino for the most part but not without its flaws (there was one forced plotline in S3 which sucked) and the ending, though wrapping most things up was unfortunately rushed.
But there's so much to like. Visually, it is very impressive and the acting was incredible. The Vanessa-centric episodes were my favourites and the ep which centred around her and Rory Kinnear's character was incredible. It was pretty much a two person play in which they acted circles around every other show on at the time.
Also, there was a small but dedicated following here on /tv/ that made for some for some great threads and lively discussion. I miss u bros.
