If we ignore Dark Knight trilogy due being more of a thriller than capeshit, it'd be ...
WW>Spiderman 2>GotG2>Thor 2
Rest is too shit to count. If you consider Dark Knight capeshit, it's not even close then.
>>83864203
Thor 2 is that much better than Thor 1? Why's that?
None of them, stop watching this predicable bland corporate garbage.
IT'S NEENA, NEEEENAAA, IF YOU COME TO MY HOUSE YOU GET MY WIFE'S NAME RIGHT

Oh man lemme tell ya, Nia's got me in this new thing called a "cock cage," it's BRUTAL.

and the worst thing about it, she fucks Tyrone right in front of me while I'm wearing it.
Was this really considered attractive in the 2000s?
no this was
>>83863212
I love her long skinny arms in this movie

I have a feeling you would settle for less you fat nerd
Chuck proved today that he is unironically /tv/s guy. If you choose Jimmy or Howard over Chuck, you don't belong here and should go back to r*ddit.
>>83863141
you're a fag and so is Chuck
Jimmy is a piece of shit. Howard's out of his depth. Chuck has done nothing wrong.
Why is this movie so highly rated? It's a decent gangster story but it doesn't really stand out.

It was the way he sliced the garlic
Ayy lmao,Cars 3 is literally a femenist movie where main hero loses to his superior rival, but strong independant woman wins final race for him

WOMEN GENOCIDE WHEN
>>83862790
I want to insult you but I can't come up with anything worse than "You watched Cars 3"
I'm pretty sure all that makes a car female in these movies is eyelashes and a voice, so I don't see what difference it makes
Taboo was great and all but why was everyone so dead loyal to him so quickly?
What did /tv/ think of it? I just finished it so I missed all the nice threads
>>83862609
Mhmm
>>83862609
I interpreted it as him being so intimidating that they feared his retribution more than anyone else's.
probably because he has his shit together in a time period rife with poverty so sticking with him would likely lead to a better life
I'm gonna be a fun but mediocre film that will rake in billions of dollars world wide and there's nothing your shitposts you can do about it /tv/
>>83862570
The videogame coming out for it doesn't look half bad either I guess.

This is the perfect horror movie.
Find a flaw.
>>83862534
I prefer Onibaba and Kuroneko, actually well shot movies which have a subtle psychological horror to them and are masterfully shot.
Knife in the water too.
What are some horror films with a mysterious 'what exactly is going on' creepy atmosphere for the majority of the movie?
So far I've got Black Mountain Side and Resolution

Unironically, The Void...
Any shows like twin peaks
Desperate Housewives is similar in many ways. I know it may sound like i'm joking but it really does share many of the key elements: murder-mystery, soap-like elements, similar tone, character-centric, and hey even MacLachlan has a role in it too.
I don't think there is anything quite exactly like Twin Peaks though. Of course there are shows like X-Files, Fringe and True Detective (obviously among many others) which are close in description but in my opinion the one to really capture the same feeling closest to the show is Desperate Housewives.
>>83862799
Yeah. X-fikes in particular if you're really interested in the paranormal side of twin peaks
This show shares the same tone and wit as Twin Peaks, with better camera work and editing.
Who did it better?
>>83862416
panther but he is in a jungle. the bvs scene would have been better if the room was darker and the lights flickered.
the bit where batman crawls across the ceiling like a monster was so jarringly bad
None of the above.
Opening weekends…
>The Mummy (1999): $43 mil.
>The Mummy Returns (2001): $68 mil.
>The Scorpion King (2002): $36 mil. opening
>The Mummy: TOTDE (2008): $40 mil. opening
>The Mummy (2017): $31 mil. opening
What went wrong?
It wasn't made for US fans. It'll do huge, and it already has, overseas. Movies aren't made for the US anymore. Good luck with our shitty movies, Romania and San Marino!
You deserve a chance
