It's entirely possible, but you haven't done your research.

1) WKU just replaced their coach and got a new QB. They're great overall, but will be rebuilding in 2017.
2) Boise ran neck-and-neck with Wyoming last year, and Wyoming is still getting better.
3) Troy was ranked for a week last year anyway, before losing to another SBC team. They won't make that mistake again.
4) Houston, if ranked preseason, can still get in with a 12-0 record.
5) Tulsa is not beating Oklahoma State.
