When I start HRT, how long could I reasonably hide it from my extremely conservative bigoted parents?

That's not how real life works.
Sexualities tend to cluster, with elements of exclusivity. Also, many straight men don't feel comfortable in groups of gay men, so that's further self-segregation.
It's pretty normal to have not just one gay friend, but multiple. It's not even unusual for a socially active LGBT person to have *exclusively* LGBT friendships.
If friendships were perfectly random, meeting other LGBTs would still be perfectly usual. 1 in 10 is not rare (including b and t - i hear lgbt identity is up to 30% in some populations, so this is still conservative as an estimate). If you don't have a gay friend in a randomly selected friend group, it means that you have fewer than 10 friends. Which isn't wrong or disgusting, but kind of defeats the point of saying "is it normal to have no LGBT friends?" Since you're basically a NEET with no friends anyway, so you are neither normal nor in any kind of normal friend situation.

I assumed I could take anything in the ass as big as the shits I took. Made sense to me.
My question is this: How can I safely and reliably stretch out my anus, (without becoming goatse, something I really fear) both for me and my partner's pleasure? I looked at some guides online and most of them say to put two fingers and stretch them apart for a time, then take a break for a few days, repeat, and eventually work up to something bigger.
Besides lots of lube, relaxing, and time by myself, can anyone give me tips on stretching my anus while remaining tightness? I don't own any dildos or buttplugs and it's going to be a few weeks before I get back to work and am able to afford one. My boyfriend likewise does not own any anal sex toys (he's in the closet). Is there ever any relief from feeling you are in the wrong body? When I was young, I told myself these feelings were a stage and would pass. I got married, joined the military but nothing helped. Last 20 years I tried working myself to death but when I emerged the feelings only have been intensifying. I can't make them stop no matter what I try. Today I live nearly full time as a woman in private but know I'm a freak outside of my home.
I'm depressed I didn't force the issue when I was young, but people didn't transition in those days. I know I've waited too long and will never pass yet I can't stop this need, this longing, this desire to be female in every respect. I need breasts, I hate how my penis puts a bump in my outfits. I need to appear and be recognized as a female. I don't know how to cope with this anymore past death. Is there something others do to find relief without hormones, surgery and becoming an outcast?

I'm sorry you feel this way anon. To me, being trans is proof that there's no loving, merciful god. It's pure torture, especially if you don't pass.
My advice: get on the hormones, but don't present in public. Get a close circle lf like-minded friends to support you, too. The right hormones will do so much to help your mental wellbeing, while your friends can help make sure you never feel alone. There's no way around being trans. You are or you aren't. But you can cope and make it a bit more bearable.
